Pros
Last year I bought it and have been using it consistently! I used it well in the summer, but in the winter it got dry, so I've been applying it in two or three layers. Using it consistently, it seems to have helped my skin texture. The Hwahae toner with houttuynia cordata definitely seems to have a great calming effect.
Cons
During the winter, it gets dry even after use, so you have to apply it multiple times.

My own purchase, this is the 4th one I've bought. It boosts the moisture level significantly. It's not drying at all. It's perfect for use as a toner. It's fragrance-free and unscented, with no irritation whatsoever. When layered with a moisturizing ampoule, it makes the skin supple.
Cons
It may feel a bit dry, but double-layering would be just perfect.

This toner is really quickly absorbed and I was able to feel both moisturization and hydration at the same time, more so than other products! The toner has a subtle color, which was unique, but it didn't stain my face, so I was able to use it without worry. Haha It's not unscented, but the natural fragrance of the houttuynia cordata was not at all bothersome to me personally. It also worked well for my sensitive skin without any itchiness or discomfort, and I felt the redness subsided to some degree after using it. Additionally, there was no oily residue, so the finish felt clean and refreshing.

The product packaging does list the ingredients, but it's only in English, so it would be great if there was a Korean translation as well.
