I highly recommend it!! After using the Hwahae Artemisia Toner Pads for 4 packs, I finally realized.. the pads were too rough.. While wiping, my face got too irritated, so I switched to the toner and I'm completely satisfied!! It's gentle, the feel is smooth, it has almost no scent, and it seems to provide good hydration. It's also good for trouble spots ㅠㅠㅠ I'm not experiencing any issues and using it really well!! It's a permanent fixture for me and I'll definitely continue using it without switching!!
