I have a light skin tone with deep undertones, and this really brightens up my complexion beautifully. It feels like a mix of pink and orange. If you apply a water tint as a base and then use this on top, the staying power lasts even longer. As expected with lipsticks, the longevity is definitely disappointing. Also, while I prefer orange shades, this seems to leave more of a pink stain than I anticipated. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 12, 2022
It gives a radiant appearance. I think it would suit those with a fair complexion. I wanted a moderate red-orange color, but it has an unexpectedly strong pink fluorescent tone, so I'm hesitant to use it often. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 11, 2021
The staying power is impressive. As expected from MAC, the product quality is satisfying. It has a pinkish undertone. The ambiguous shade seems to float on my face, not quite blending in. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2020
When applied heavily with a full lip, it looks absolutely stunning! I always apply it with a full lip. It's that red-orange shade we've all been dreaming of. It's the Lady Danger color from the official website. Lady Danger isn't actually a red-orange shade. Many people misunderstand this, but Lady Danger is more of a red + pink color. The pink component seems to make up about 70% of the lipstick. If pink doesn't suit you, don't buy it. When it stains, it becomes a deep pink. If you want an orange lipstick, look elsewhere. Luna's red-orange lipstick was pretty good. It was a color that suited almost everyone effortlessly. I want to buy MAC, but don't want to get Luna, so if orange suits you, I recommend Chili. Chili is truly versatile. Also, MAC usually emphasizes dead skin cells, but this one seems to make it even worse... And the case is really fragile. If you drop it at home after applying the lipstick and putting it in your purse, it shatters with a crack... It was just from the height of falling off the bed while applying. Personally... unless you really love the color, I'd recommend other brands. I find the Armani line to be good for long-term, low-pressure use. I bought Lady Danger thinking it was orange, but if you can't settle for anything else, applying it thickly on your lower lip will give you that orange shade. It won't show up otherwise! You need to layer it on to get that desired red-orange color. If applied lightly, it's a red-pink lipstick. Layering didn't work for me. It's a lipstick that looks best when applied to the full lip! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 5, 2020
- Packaging: MAC's packaging is absolutely stunning. The black case with its shimmering pearls is incredibly beautiful. - Scent: When you think of MAC, you think of that signature sweet, chocolate-like scent, don't you? It's lovely how that sweet aroma wafts up when you apply it. - Color payoff: The color applies incredibly smoothly and evenly. I recommend exfoliating your lips before applying this lipstick for best results. - Shade: The reason I bought this product was because I love orange-red shades. While it does have an orange-red tone, it seems to lean more towards pink. However, since MAC products often have a strong pink undertone, I was okay with it. It's a bit disappointing that it has more of a pink tone than I expected. (Personal opinion) I think it's best to exfoliate your lips a bit before applying this lipstick! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMar 26, 2020
The color is beautiful, and above all, the chocolate scent is absolutely divine. It's the kind of fragrance that makes you want to keep sniffing! The texture is incredibly matte, truly the epitome of a matte finish. It's so thick that it doesn't apply smoothly, and despite its dense texture, the staying power is disappointing. What's more, the initial color transforms into a strange fluorescent pink over time, which looks quite odd. Applying this alone without a lip balm is a recipe for disaster - it's so dry that it will absolutely wreak havoc on your lips. I'd recommend applying this over a lip balm or following up with a lip oil after application for better results. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 11, 2020
Staining power: For a lipstick, I was impressed by how well it stained my lips even after immediately wiping it off. However, if you're looking for value for money, there might not be a compelling reason to choose MAC over other brands. Color: I have a deep undertone, so orange-reds and orange lips usually suit me well, while pinks don't flatter me at all. I deliberately bought Lady Danger knowing it was an orange-red, but oddly enough, it had a pink undertone on me. It's not completely off, though, so I mix it with other orange lip products. Scent: Anyone who's ever smelled MAC lipsticks knows they have this cheap chocolate scent. I really wish they would improve the fragrance. As a huge fan of matte lipsticks, about 80% of my lip products are matte, including this one. That means you need to take good care of your lips to prevent dead skin cells. My routine: Apply a generous amount of Vaseline before bed, then gently exfoliate with your fingers while washing your face in the morning. This removes dead skin cells, allowing for a beautiful application of matte lipstick. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 8, 2020
I'm not quite sure what I particularly liked about it... Color: Pink staining...? I was expecting a pretty coral shade, but it turned out very pink. For someone with a strong warm undertone like me, it made my lips look disconnected from my face. Longevity: The staying power is really poor. It transfers completely onto your cup after just one sip of water. Price: I'm not convinced it's worth the high price tag. Skip this lipstick and head to Olive Young instead for prettier and more affordable options. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 7, 2019
It's an orange-red shade, but with a subtle pink undertone! It was my first time trying a color with a pink hue, so it felt a bit unfamiliar at first, but everyone around me said it suited me well. I was looking for an orange-red shade, but it had a slight pink undertone. If you're not a fan of pink-tinted colors, I wouldn't recommend this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 22, 2019
Nothing particularly stands out. Those who enjoy lipsticks with shimmer might like this one. It comes off extremely easily. The color payoff seems quite different from what's shown in the pictures. It has a very strong pink undertone. It's incredibly sticky, and the price is just too high for what it offers. In the photo, the swatch on the left is shade #1, and the one on the right is shade #4.
