This is from 2020??2019??Anyway, I've been using it consistently since before the renewal I think I've used up about 10 bottles Since it's not a watery formula, I use it little by little and it lasts quite a long time There's absolutely no irritation. I used this and my clogged pores cleared up This is 100% my own purchase. If this gets discontinued, I'll stage a one-person protest.

Pros
Skin type: Dry, with seborrheic dermatitis. Despite having seborrheic dermatitis, the product applied well and had a nice, bouncy texture! It didn't absorb too slowly or anything like that, and it absorbed quickly, which I liked. I personally tend to use it mainly in the evenings, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin looks very soothed.
Cons
I apply it in multiple layers, so even though the volume is quite large, I end up using it up quickly!! The volume is too small for me :(
Tip
Applying it in multiple layers makes my skin feel moisturized, just like when I use an essence 😉

Pros
Layering it multiple times makes my skin feel as moisturized as when I apply cream! I could see the acne scars diminishing and my skin texture becoming smoother:)

Tip
Toner pads or cleansing tissues are less efficient than cleansing balms in terms of the formula! I recommend layering the cleansing balm.

I used to use the Deo O toner, but after using the Hwahae Toner, I've been using it continuously. It has a slightly viscous texture, and since I usually use cotton pads, I applied it by soaking the cotton pad. The moisturizing power seems better than other toners. The Hwahae Toner alone keeps my skin hydrated. I had a lot of acne due to wearing masks, but my skin started improving after I started using the Hwahae Toner. For someone like me with poor skin condition, this is a product I'm really eager to purchase.
Cons
It has a slight liquid monster-like scent, but it's not bothersome enough to be a concern.

After cleansing, I used it right away as it helps soothe the dryness on my face. It seemed to have a calming effect, and the blemishes I had were a bit more subdued on the days I used it compared to the days I didn't.

The formula is really unique! It has a real runny toner-like feel... It's not a fluffy, bouncy texture, but more of a stretchy, stringy one. However, despite the unique texture, the level of hydration it provides feels a bit too light for my liking. And the scent is really strange to me - it has a slightly fishy note that I can't quite get used to.
Tip
It works better if you hold it at an angle when applying, as the product tends to get stuck around the opening and make a mess. It's better to hold it upright, press down firmly, and wait for it to fully dispense before closing the cap. For the same reason, it's more convenient to dispense it onto the palm of your hand first before applying to the face.

This is an honest review after using the product daily for about a week. - It's incredibly moisturizing I felt that the product was extremely moisturizing, and even when I used a smaller amount of lotion to finish my routine, I didn't feel any dryness. - It was very effective in soothing my skin Despite having very sensitive skin, on days when I felt my face was irritated, I used this as a face pack and felt the soothing effect was much faster compared to my regular face packs. The soothing effect was so good that I would use it as a face pack even on days when my skin felt good, and the next morning I would wake up with a really smooth and clean-looking complexion. - I personally liked the scent While some reviews mentioned the scent being disappointing, I personally didn't find it unpleasant and rather enjoyed the clean fragrance.

It has a viscous, watery seaweed-like texture! I thought the essence-like feel when applying it would absorb well, and sure enough, just a few pats on the face and it absorbs quickly, leaving a refreshing finish. The watery texture absorbing so quickly into the skin was quite surprising! It's not at all sticky or tacky in texture!! I'm satisfied with that aspect. I have very sensitive skin that's prone to breakouts, but after using it for just over a week, I didn't experience any noticeable breakouts. While not dramatically visible, it seems to have a soothing effect!

⭐️My skin condition is not very good, being super sensitive, dry, and with blemishes.⭐️ ✔️Moisturizing I've tried various moisturizing creams and water-based creams for my dry skin, but I couldn't really tackle the inner dryness. However, when I apply a toner and then a moisturizer, there's no more tightness! ✔️Soothing Gently patting a cotton pad soaked in the product really has a soothing effect! The overall redness has significantly subsided. ✔️Application The application might be divisive, as it has a slightly sticky, runny texture, as others have mentioned. But I personally prefer a more viscous toner over a completely watery one, so I'm quite satisfied with it.

💧Texture, absorbency, moisturizing power, scent, etc. When I first used it, I thought the texture would be slow to absorb since it felt more like an essence than a watery formula, but when I applied it, it absorbed very quickly and left my skin feeling moisturized and soothed. And after using it for a few days, I found that it helped clear up my blemishes. ♡ Some others have said the scent is not great, but I personally didn't find it to be an issue at all!!
