Pros
It's a must-have item... I have very dry skin, but this really helps a lot. It's perfect for doing a facial mask. It's gentle, calms the skin well, and makes my skin feel so moisturized.
Cons
It's not meant to be used as a toner for removing makeup. If you use it that way, it would be such a waste.
Tip
Just using a regular cotton pad is fine too, and I'm currently using the cotton pads from COSRX for my facial masks.

Quickly Absorbing I have dehydrated skin, so I found a product that absorbs oil while addressing dehydration. This is exactly the type I was looking for. Even after cleansing, applying the seaweed toner, and finishing with a light cream, it helps control dehydration so my skin doesn't feel dry and is comfortable. Suitable for Sensitive Skin My skin is sensitive, so when I change my skincare, it often feels irritated and doesn't agree with me. But this product doesn't cause any of that, which is great. Moisturizing yet Refreshing Finish I thought the creamy texture would absorb slowly and feel sticky, but it actually absorbs quickly and leaves a refreshing finish. The hydration and glow also last quite a while. When applying my base makeup, it doesn't pill or cause flakiness, which I really liked! Skin Texture I'm not sure if it's the product's effect or the hydration it provides, but my skin texture has become smoother and more bouncy! I can clearly feel an improvement in my skin texture, which I'm very pleased about.
Cons
The packaging requires unscrewing the cap to dispense, so adjusting the amount can be a bit tricky. A pump would have been more convenient.

After cleansing, the toners I had been using before would quickly lose moisture and feel very dry. But the Hait Toner has a viscous, runny texture, so when applied, it doesn't dry out as quickly and feels great! Nowadays, with all the mask-wearing, my skin has become more sensitive, but this toner is soothing, and even though there's no visible difference yet, my skin doesn't feel tight at all, so I'm using it with confidence. I'm considering making this my go-to toner from now on!

👉 Scent I was worried that the toner made from sea mustard would have a seawater smell, but it's fragrance-free, so I felt favorably about it when I first tried it! 👉 Usage Visually, it's a transparent toner with viscosity, and after using it for a week, I found that I could use it in smaller amounts like an ampoule, unlike other toners. This product was great at relieving my severe internal dryness during the winter. 👉 Packaging & Color It comes in a transparent plastic container. I am: a little clumsy / Nabi Zone millet, prone to chin inflammation acne / fermented ingredients don't suit me 'Good ingredients without harmful components' 'Quickly absorbing, plumping ampoule/serum-like texture': Since the formula had a runny, watery consistency, I felt it would be difficult to use as a cleansing toner. Instead, I would dispense it onto my hands and pat it gently onto my skin, using it like an ampoule or serum. As my Nabi Zone cheeks are particularly dry, I found that this product plumped up and replenished the moisture in my skin. First of all, the ingredients of the Bellamonster Toner were personally good, and the formulation itself is a so-called 'runny toner' with a viscous texture. 📌I have a flushed, dry skin condition! The toner was surprisingly small, which surprised me at first, but after using it, I really liked the ingredients and formulation! Since it has a viscous, mucus-like texture, I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer watery toners! However, the viscosity makes it more moisturizing and longer-lasting on the face (?) The skin has a slightly viscous texture like an essence, but it absorbs quickly when patted. The fragrance is close to fragrance-free. My skin is dry and severely dehydrated, so I used to do 5-skin with a toner before applying lotion. However, the Seaweed Toner is sufficient with just 3 skins, and it's even more moisturizing than when I did 5 skins. The finish is also good, making my skin feel soft and smooth. It absorbs well without leaving a sticky residue, so my makeup doesn't slip either. I was a toner nomad, but I'll settle down with the Seaweed Toner!

My skin type is an extremely oily T-zone type. ✔Moisture Other toners made me feel slightly dry after absorbing them on my face and doing something else for a while, but this toner didn't have that dryness and felt like it was taking care of the inner dryness. ✔Presence of Blemishes If I apply something that doesn't quite suit me, something pops up right away, but this was not the case and it was fine. ✔Texture It has a sticky, runny texture. I was worried it would be sticky when applying, but after absorbing it, the texture was refreshing. It gives a plump, bouncy feeling to the skin.

When you add a little water, it becomes more fluid! 〰️Hydration This toner is incredibly hydrating! The dryness and dullness caused by dehydration disappears after using it. I used to slather on a lot of moisturizer, but with this toner, I only need a small amount of moisturizer. I also use the seaweed ampoule before applying the toner, and both absorb quickly! 〰️Soothing, Calming Effects My skin is very sensitive - even the slightest mismatch causes breakouts, and my skin gets oily if it's the least bit dehydrated. But despite my problematic skin, I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts while using this product, probably because it's free of harmful ingredients. After a facial waxing, my face was red and irritated, but after using this for about 5 days, my skin went back to normal. It seems to have great soothing and calming effects!
