Pros
Skin type: Dry, with seborrheic dermatitis. Despite having seborrheic dermatitis, the product applied well and had a nice, bouncy texture! It didn't absorb too slowly or anything like that, and it absorbed quickly, which I liked. I personally tend to use it mainly in the evenings, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin looks very soothed.
Cons
I apply it in multiple layers, so even though the volume is quite large, I end up using it up quickly!! The volume is too small for me :(
Tip
Applying it in multiple layers makes my skin feel moisturized, just like when I use an essence 😉

It has great moisturizing power like an ampoule, so you can skip using other ampoules if you apply it in multiple layers.

Pros
It's a must-have item... I have very dry skin, but this really helps a lot. It's perfect for doing a facial mask. It's gentle, calms the skin well, and makes my skin feel so moisturized.
Cons
It's not meant to be used as a toner for removing makeup. If you use it that way, it would be such a waste.
Tip
Just using a regular cotton pad is fine too, and I'm currently using the cotton pads from COSRX for my facial masks.

Pros
There was a time when my skin barrier was too compromised, and even using a toner felt irritating. So I searched and searched, and chose a product that is as gentle and mild as possible. This is a hydrating toner, so it has a soothing, moisturizing effect that I've really benefited from.
Cons
I would recommend it as a cleansing toner, but if using it as a regular toner, it tends to run off the face quickly, so you'll need to absorb it fast.
Tip
This toner is great for those with seborrheic dermatitis or rosacea.

Pros
First of all, thank you so much for selecting me as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. The delivery was delayed, so I requested it again and have tried it out and written this review. And I'm writing this past midnight due to overtime work. Sorry for the late submission. The texture was vastly different from the toners I've been using so far. It felt like I was applying only the sticky part of aloe vera, and the moisturizing effect was also quite strong. I've been using Saierdus and Dive In, Dive In Serum recently, and this Tott Toner had a texture that was more substantial than a regular toner, but not as thick as a serum. The longevity was also quite good. Come to think of it, it must be containing a lot of moisture from seaweed or aloe vera. That's probably why the texture feels similar. The scent is not strong but refreshing, and it was good to use morning and evening, and I always finished with the Physiogel cream. There are many toners out there, but I think I'll come back to the Bellamonster Tott Toner someday. Someone told me that as I age, my complexion would change, but I'm hoping the Tott Toner will help improve that a bit.
Cons
The downside is the volume. Due to the high density and aloe vera-like viscous texture, I think it will be used up quickly.
Tip
If you're hesitant to apply it directly on bare skin due to the texture, you can try using a light toner first and then applying this. I always finish with the Physiogel cream.

👍Slightly sticky formulation - My skin is dry and it's winter, so there's more tightness, but I can feel the moisture right after using the toner! 👍Kelp extract - Thanks to the kelp, my skin felt soothed In the winter, when I go out in the cold wind, my skin gets blotchy, but after cleansing and applying it, my skin calms down and feels great! 👍Date opened - There's a space to write the date the product was opened, which is a nice touch!

Pros
I used to use the Deo O toner, but after using the Hwahae Toner, I've been using it continuously. It has a slightly viscous texture, and since I usually use cotton pads, I applied it by soaking the cotton pad. The moisturizing power seems better than other toners. The Hwahae Toner alone keeps my skin hydrated. I had a lot of acne due to wearing masks, but my skin started improving after I started using the Hwahae Toner. For someone like me with poor skin condition, this is a product I'm really eager to purchase.
Cons
It has a slight liquid monster-like scent, but it's not bothersome enough to be a concern.

Skin Type: Oily, Sensitive, Acne-prone, Absolutely Troubled by Natural Oils, Rare Sensitive Type that Works Better with Synthetic Ingredients than Natural Ingredients. I already knew this product wouldn't suit my skin before using it! (Lavender Oil) ㅡMoisturization First of all, since it's a mucus toner rather than a water toner, the moisturizing power is good! I have extremely oily skin, so I usually use oil-free products for toners and skin, but using this moisturizing toner after a long time, there was a slight sense of heaviness (I'm only applying the bare minimum of basic skincare). ㅡAbsorption It absorbed quickly without leaving a slippery feeling. I thought I'd have to pat it in a lot, but it got absorbed in just a few seconds.

Quickly Absorbing I have dehydrated skin, so I found a product that absorbs oil while addressing dehydration. This is exactly the type I was looking for. Even after cleansing, applying the seaweed toner, and finishing with a light cream, it helps control dehydration so my skin doesn't feel dry and is comfortable. Suitable for Sensitive Skin My skin is sensitive, so when I change my skincare, it often feels irritated and doesn't agree with me. But this product doesn't cause any of that, which is great. Moisturizing yet Refreshing Finish I thought the creamy texture would absorb slowly and feel sticky, but it actually absorbs quickly and leaves a refreshing finish. The hydration and glow also last quite a while. When applying my base makeup, it doesn't pill or cause flakiness, which I really liked! Skin Texture I'm not sure if it's the product's effect or the hydration it provides, but my skin texture has become smoother and more bouncy! I can clearly feel an improvement in my skin texture, which I'm very pleased about.
Cons
The packaging requires unscrewing the cap to dispense, so adjusting the amount can be a bit tricky. A pump would have been more convenient.

As someone who didn't really feel the importance of skincare, I tried this product with high expectations. First of all, I was pleased that the product had an essence-like, dense texture rather than just a watery toner. Even though I would apply various products at night and go to bed, I would often wake up without any moisturized feeling. But with this product, I started applying it at night and leaving a toner-soaked cotton pad in the fridge to use in the morning. I would then place the cotton pads on four areas of my face for a few minutes before proceeding with my basic skincare routine and makeup. Throughout the day, my skin felt moisturized and supple without any tightness. The herbal scent was also quite pleasant, not overpowering.
Cons
I wish the product came in a larger size. A travel-sized version would be great for trips. Although it's called a 'skin', it doesn't get absorbed into the skin immediately when applied with a cotton pad, which is a bit disappointing.
