Pros
As it is a First Essence used right after cleansing, I was worried it might be too lightweight, but it turned out to be quite dense. After applying, I can feel the moisturizing effect and a certain degree of nourishment. It's dense but absorbs well, leaving a refreshing finish without any stickiness. When used as the first step, it helps refine the skin texture, and I found that I no longer need to use a separate toner. I use this instead of a toner and then proceed to apply an ampoule or serum. The ingredients are good. It contains fragrance, but the scent is really nice. The subtle fragrance lingers even through the final skincare step, which is the first time I've found a fragrance-containing product with a scent I truly enjoy!
Cons
It has a somewhat matte finish, so using this Essence alone may not be enough for those who prefer a more dewy look. I would recommend trying other products for those who find multiple skincare steps too troublesome. I don't see any particularly outstanding effects that would require extensive use. Pros
This product would be great for those of you who have trouble applying oily products! I also have an oily complexion, and if I apply products incorrectly, they can feel heavy, sticky, and even cause breakouts. But this product has no stickiness whatsoever...! However, it's not the most moisturizing either. It absorbs quickly, so it's good for light application. Especially when wearing masks like now, your skin can feel damp and stuffy inside, but you still need to do your skincare routine... This product is great for times like that. Aside from the strong fragrance, I really liked this product! The hygienic pump packaging was also a plus.

The texture is just right - not too moist, and I don't like sticky textures, but the finish is soft and applies lightly, which I like. It seems perfect to use right after cleansing! I'm writing a review after winning the event entry. As soon as I received it, I used it because I needed it... The scent is subtle and soft, and it applies smoothly and leaves a moisturized feeling even after application. I always apply it at night before bed, and even after washing my face in the morning, the moisturized feeling remains, which I really like.
Cons
While it's soft and moisturizing, I wish it was just a bit more concentrated (though it's not a serum or ampoule).
Tip

When I first received it, I used it without any expectations, but I was satisfied with both the fragrance and the texture. I have dry skin except for the T-zone area, and my skin is not severely dry, but when I apply a lot of lotion, my skin gets a bit oily in the morning. However, the Milky First Essence gave me the perfect amount of moisture and made my skin feel soft. ♥Hwahae Trial Review♥ The survey on the skin essence has ended, but after using it for about 3 months, my thoughts have changed, so I'm rewriting this product! I received it in November and used it daily until January, and since it's a first essence to be used right after cleansing, I kept it in the bathroom and used it every day. It contains fragrance (the only potentially harmful ingredient in the product), but the rose scent is very pleasant. (There is actually rose flower water in the product) The milky-colored essence that first absorbs into the skin becomes a texture similar to a toner when it comes into contact with water, but it maintains a certain level of moisture as it is transferred to the rest of the face. It plays a big role in maintaining moisture, not only in the busy mornings but also in the evening skincare routine. This is its greatest virtue as a basic base. It contains Curing hyaluronic acid, which seems to be the reason. When combined with other basic products, it maintains a plump texture and works well with other products. The best part was the packaging! The cap is easy to separate, and it's in a pump format, so the amount used each time comes out conveniently.
Cons
The product itself is very mild, but it's a shame that it's classified as a cosmetic with harmful ingredients due to the one fragrance. And at 35,000 won for 80ml, it's a bit pricey. That's why I took off one star. I plan to stock up when it's on sale at Deaplin.

1. The fragrance was simply wonderful. The rich rose scent was not too overpowering, which I personally enjoyed. 2. The finish was not sticky at all. I really dislike sticky finishes, but this one was not like that, which I appreciated.

1. It's too drying for winter use. Due to the lack of moisture, I felt it would be better to use this mainly in the summer, rather than in the winter. 2. So the spreadability is good, and it's easy and pleasant to apply in the morning. Moisturization It's more moisturizing than a regular toner, but not as heavy as a serum. The hydrating sensation is just right!!! When I use this and then apply a cream, it feels a bit heavy for the current season, but when I use this twice and then the cream, it doesn't feel heavy at all!

The scent is somewhat retro(??) It's a warm-feeling scent that I like, but I'm not sure how to describe it (mom's cosmetic smell?? haha) It has a slightly watery essence texture with good spreadability and no stickiness. However, it doesn't feel like it immediately evaporates, so the skin tightness has reduced a bit. The amount is not too little, so I'm using 3 pumps each time~
Cons
I've been using it for a little over 2 weeks, and there's not much I'm disappointed with. I'll use it a bit more and upload an additional review later~
