With summer approaching, I found a good opportunity to purchase it! Let me share my experience after using it~!! The texture: It's a gel cream with a subtle glow. When applied, it feels a bit more elastic than regular gel creams. It goes on moisturizing but absorbs quickly, leaving your skin feeling fresh and not greasy. Plus, it's fragrance-free, making it a great choice for those sensitive to scents! Hydration: Unlike the Echinacea Moisture Cream, this product feels both refreshing and moisturizing at the same time! It's perfect for summer use. It's especially great for those with oily skin or who dislike that greasy feeling on their skin. While it feels slightly elastic when applied, it absorbs quickly, leaving your skin smooth on the surface and hydrated underneath. It's not exactly cooling, but the gel texture does give a nice, refreshing sensation when applied. Soothing effect: When I applied this product, I noticed it temporarily calmed my reddened skin. It goes on smoothly without irritating the skin, and seems to quickly soothe any redness. I also appreciated how gentle it felt, with no irritation from the cream itself. The Echinacea Gel Cream is a great summer moisturizer that feels both refreshing and hydrating! You could use the Echinacea Moisture Cream in winter and switch to this gel cream in summer to match your skin's seasonal oil production. It's especially good for men or older individuals who dislike stickiness, as it leaves no residue and absorbs well into the skin. It also seems suitable for those with sensitive, acne-prone skin!
ConsIt may lack deep moisturization. If you apply too much, it might pill.

It's slightly richer than typical gel creams. The cream has a bit of weight due to its hydrating properties, leaving a slightly heavier feel on the skin after application. Scent: A subtle blend of coconut and floral notes. Those who dislike coconut might have mixed feelings, but the fragrance is gentle and shouldn't be bothersome. Finish: Matte on the outside, moisturized on the inside. It leaves a slight protective layer on the skin. Hydration ⭐⭐⭐⭐ True to its gel cream nature, it provides ample hydration. It seems particularly effective at addressing deep dryness, with moisture penetrating deep into the skin. After application, your skin feels plump and bouncy! I think it's a suitable gel cream even for winter use due to its moisturizing power. Absorption ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It doesn't sink in immediately, but has a moderate absorption rate. If you apply it thickly like I do, it takes a bit more time to absorb. Moisturizing Power ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For a gel cream, I think it has excellent moisturizing capabilities. Usually, gel-type formulas provide good hydration but lack lasting power. However, this product is moisturizing enough to use as a final step in your skincare routine! It's comparable to a light emulsion. You can feel the moisture barrier even when cleansing your face the next day. Soothing ⭐⭐⭐~⭐⭐⭐⭐? As someone prone to blemishes when my skin is dry, I find that proper moisturizing helps calm my skin. So, I'm not sure if the improvement in my blemishes is due to the product's hydration/moisturization or its inherent soothing properties. However, I could see that it helped reduce redness when applied to troubled areas. Gentle Formula ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even when my skin was in poor condition, I never felt any stinging when applying this! Previously, even products labeled as gentle sometimes stung when applied to areas like around my nose, but this one was exceptionally gentle among those mild products. Of course, individual reactions can vary greatly depending on specific ingredients, so please just take this as a general indication of its gentleness.
ConsCompatibility with other products: As I have very dry skin, I found this product alone wasn't enough to complete my skincare routine... I layered an emulsion on top. However, because this product leaves a slightly oily finish, when I applied a watery, hydrating emulsion like Dokdo Emulsion on top, it didn't absorb well. It does sink in if you pat it, but it feels like it's sitting on top of the skin and might pill... On the other hand, using this gel cream on top of an emulsion doesn't work well either... I'd recommend maximizing your use of hydrating products before applying this gel cream, and then following up with a rich cream, oil, or balm-type product. Alternatively, depending on the season, you might want to finish your routine with just this product. I think those with combination dehydrated skin or normal skin types probably won't feel any tightness if they end their routine with this! Price: Sigh... well, sigh... The product is definitely good. It's worth the money in terms of quality. But because it's a gel cream, it tends to be used up quite quickly... I've been considering purchasing this for a while and keeping an eye out for sales, but even the discounted price isn't that easy on the wallet. While it's not as expensive as some high-end luxury brands... I think it might be a bit burdensome for students who frequent places like Olive Young.
TipAs mentioned in the cons, it's important to consider how this product works with your other skincare items! I recommend this as a moderately rich moisturizer that won't leave your skin feeling tight even in winter! It seems like it would be great as a final skincare step in summer. I think I can broadly recommend this for skin types ranging from dry to combination dehydrated!

For context, I'm a 22-year-old male with sensitive, combination dehydrated skin. I used to have a lot of blemishes, but they've reduced, though I still struggle with deep dryness. Please note that I can't include photos as I'm not allowed to take pictures in the military base. The biggest advantage of this product is that it feels like it really penetrates the skin, just as advertised, thanks to its small particles. While it doesn't feel extremely hydrating, it gives a satisfying sense of fullness. It has that typical hyaluronic acid scent. For several hours after application, it feels refreshing and maintains a pleasant sensation. I'm also satisfied with how it absorbs. It's especially amazing when applied after exfoliating - you can really feel how good it is! For a few hours after use, you can definitely sense the hydration. There's no stickiness, though the scent does linger. It's a solid product with an attractive design.
ConsHowever, it doesn't give a strong 'moisturizing' feeling. I used this product after applying a Cica ampoule, and there was some pilling. Maybe it's because it's winter, or because I spend a lot of time outdoors on the base, or because I wear a mask all day, but the hydrating effect wasn't particularly noticeable. The instructions suggest using it as an overnight mask on dry days, but there's not enough product to do this frequently. When I used this product in the morning, I felt like I needed to wash and reapply by lunchtime. While the bottle design is pretty, it's disappointingly obvious how little product there is compared to the size of the container. Of course, please consider that I have particularly dry skin that tends to become parched quickly.
TipAs mentioned on the cream's packaging, it's recommended to use this with an ampoule from the same brand. I found it works well with other ampoules too, so I'd recommend that. While everyone's experience may differ, I was satisfied with this product. I recommend it!
