As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I've struggled to find a moisturizer that truly satisfies my skin's needs. This product, however, has been a game-changer. It absorbs well into dry skin without any sticky feeling, providing a deep hydration that leaves my skin feeling moisturized and balanced. I'm really impressed with how it manages to deliver both hydration and moisture, creating an overall balanced effect. I've been thoroughly satisfied using this cream. The jar packaging makes it a bit challenging to use hygienically. Also, for those with very dry skin, it might not provide enough moisture during the winter months. - lo****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 27, 2024
The ingredients are great and it's really moisturizing. Even those with sensitive skin can use it. You can feel the hydration working. It's a bit on the pricey side, which is disappointing. For those with dry skin, this alone isn't enough for moisturizing. - hs********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresMar 26, 2024
To be precise, it's a 3.5 out of 5. It's a gel cream, but it has a rich feel to it. It's a bit peculiar. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly. The texture is like a gel cream, but when applied, it's not quite a hydrating moisturizer. Still, it was gentle and worked well without causing any irritation. This product seems to fall between categories. I recommend using it at night. Layering twice is fine, but beyond that, it's an oil overload. I suggest partial layering. It doesn't play well with makeup. - cr******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 30, 2023
This gel cream is packed with hydration and feels lightweight on the skin. It absorbs instantly, providing a burst of moisture. It's been a lifesaver for my blemish-prone skin lately, offering hydration without irritation. The delicate floral scent is a mood-lifter every time I apply it. If you're after that hydrated, healthy skin look, this cream is a must-try! While I didn't notice any issues during my two-week trial, those with sensitivity to even the mildest fragrances might find the subtle scent a bit strong. On particularly dry days, try layering it generously like a hydrating mask - it works wonders! - gk*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 13, 2023
While it's called a gel cream, it's quite rich compared to the lightweight gel creams we're used to. I loved how it didn't irritate my super sensitive skin and kept it hydrated when applied. Surprisingly, its soothing effect was really impressive! Every summer, like clockwork, I get folliculitis on my skin (lol). After dealing with it a few times, I've learned that using a medicated ointment is a must (remember, Esroban from the pharmacy is great for folliculitis), but I've also found that focusing on soothing and barrier-protecting skincare definitely speeds up healing. My go-to Nature Republic sleeping pack for calming inflamed skin was discontinued, so this time I applied this product thickly like a sleeping pack. Although it's a bit oily, I can definitely feel it calming my skin. Low Quest seems to be unexpectedly good at basic skincare? It's a bit pricey, but I'd consider repurchasing. It's a bit rich, so despite being called a gel cream, it's not the most comfortable to use in summer... - hj******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 27, 2023
Unlike typical moisturizers that absorb quickly but evaporate just as fast, this cream offers a unique combination of hydration and firmness. It leaves your skin feeling coated with a smooth, silky finish. What's great is that it doesn't sit on top of your skin or cause your makeup to pill, making it a perfect base. I'm not a big fan of jar packaging for hygiene reasons. It would be great if this cream came in a tube format, like the new cream from the same line. As someone with dry skin, I exclusively use hydrating products for my base. Other creams often cause my makeup to pill, but even in the dead of winter, I use this cream as a makeup base. (I do layer a rich serum underneath and apply a heavier cream sparingly on extremely dry areas for extra hydration) - ka*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 23, 2023
I really liked how lightweight this moisturizer feels. It absorbs well into the skin. For someone with deep dryness like me, it felt slightly lacking in hydration. - wl*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 16, 2022
I stumbled upon this during a sale and I've been hooked ever since! While it might not provide enough hydration for winter, it's absolutely perfect for summer. It's packed with moisture, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. The only downside is the price - it's a bit on the expensive side. I wish they'd have sales more often! I've found an amazing skincare routine: I apply the Numbers In No. 3 toner, followed by this cream, and then finish with Nots ointment. It's worked wonders for my skin! My blemishes and small bumps have significantly reduced. I'm so thrilled with the results! - na******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 2, 2022
The ingredients are great, and it's perfect for someone like me who likes to finish their skincare routine with just one cream. Applying this alone leaves my skin feeling comfortable without any tightness. Some gel-type products can be too light, causing a tight or burning sensation, but this one strikes the perfect balance. It's a cream, but not heavy, and doesn't give that burning feeling. It's really like a hybrid between a gel and a cream, which I absolutely love. The price... oh dear. It's too expensive for me. I can only afford to buy it during sales, otherwise it's out of my budget. - so*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 29, 2022
As someone with dry skin, I found this cream incredibly hydrating. Usually, I avoid moisturizers that feel like serums, but this product is different. It's so moisturizing that it works perfectly as the final step in my skincare routine. I believe this cream is suitable for all skin types, from combination dehydrated to dry skin. There's nothing I dislike about it, but I'd only recommend it for dry skin types during summer months.
