A dark, blood-red burgundy color for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer and others. The top is the Villain Best, and the bottom is the 3CE Plum Pudding. The Plum Pudding is definitely darker and has a slightly mashed plum-tinted red.

It's great that the color is so perfect! The reddish plum color is really nice for those who like cool-toned shades!! The texture is also wonderful, and it's great for creating gradient effects!!
Cons
Since it's a velvet formula, some transfer is to be expected... (the longevity is also a bit lower.)
Tip
Since the color is quite deep, applying a nudish or light pink base underneath and using the color as an accent on the inner lips can create a beautiful lip look~!!

One of my favorite velvet tints is just so beautiful in color 😭😭😭😭😭 It's a vibrant burgundy!!!! This is no joke 😭😭😭😭 It's a color that suits cool-toned skin and I highly recommend it for late fall and early winter 😭😭 Highly recommended 🙈🙈

Definitely a great color for cool-toned winters... Burgundy all the way! I used it quite often during the winter season.
Cons

It's so gorgeous...it's much more vibrant and saturated than the original swatch, so it's like a bright and pretty burgundy red that comes up on the lips. It fills in the lip lines nicely and has the virtue that matte tints don't usually have, which is decent pigmentation.
Cons
Compared to some other recent products, the texture seems a bit thicker and more substantial.

Pros
The color has a deep burgundy tone, and when it fades a bit, the color seems to take on a plum-like hue. The pigmentation is excellent. It applies smoothly and evenly, giving a soft, velvety finish. It's suitable for use in all seasons, but I think I'll be reaching for it especially often in the winter. Compared to other tints, the longevity is quite good. When used in combination with other tints, the wear time can be extended two to three times.
Cons
There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with. The color, pigmentation, and longevity all seem perfect.
Tip
I like to apply the Villain Best Color with a gradient effect, and then add the Romand Juicy Lasting Tint in #12 Cherry Bomb in the center. It looks absolutely gorgeous and creates such a beautiful, impactful look.

I am a 23rd winter cool-toned complexion. The fragrance is also moderate, and it is suitable for a winter cool-toned person to use. It is a deep burgundy color.

Pros
The color is...just perfect! It's a deep burgundy, but not overly cool. The color is a blend of burgundy, plum, and a touch of red, so it has a cool tone but is still compatible with deeper shades (I'm a deep tone and it felt like the winter deep shade limit for me..!). I dare to predict that this would be a holy grail for those with winter deep skin tones! The application is superb..! The texture is lightweight and smooth, like the Romand Juicy Lasting Tint. I really liked that there was no emphasis on flaky skin or wrinkles! It doesn't deposit an excessive amount, so you can control the intensity with the applicator.
Cons
The color was really pretty when I first applied it - a burgundy and plum vibe. But over time, it started to develop a slightly fluorescent, hot pink-like tone. As an extremely non-fluorescent warm-toned person, I may be overly sensitive to that. There is quite a bit of transfer.
Tip
This is a winter deep tint that deep toned people can use! (It's almost the limit for my standards..) It goes really well with black hair!
