This color is really... for people with fair skin, it's like a fluorescent light when used as a highlighter!!! Wearing it as a lip tint, as the name 'Villain Best' suggests, can make you look like a fierce unnie, and it's also really pretty when gently applied with a lip brush! One of the biggest advantages of Rom&nd is that even when their highly pigmented tints are applied thinly, they still create a beautiful watercolor-like color payoff. 🥺💙
Cons
The peeling of the flaky skin is a bit disappointing, and when applying the tint directly from the applicator, the color can be quite intense, so adjusting the amount takes a bit more effort compared to other tints!
