💗Radiant Lip Delight💗 I use it as a base and apply the Villain Best as the main color. It's not an orange-tinged red, but a deep burgundy feel that gets deeper the more you layer it. I keep a couple on hand and use them daily.
Cons
It wipes off easily 😢 After drinking water, it slightly fades, so I have to reapply it every time. It also seems to accentuate flaky skin, so I apply a generous amount of lip balm before bed.
Tip
I use a similar-colored base lip to smudge the lip line, then apply the Villain Best in the center and blend it out to create a gradient. Finally, I top it off with a touch of the pearly glow lip in the center. 💕

It's truly the lip color of a villainous female lead in a drama, so I highly recommend it if you want to exude a cold and chic vibe ㅎㅎ (Similar color: Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint 12 Cherry Bomb) 🌹It's not too drying for a blurring tint 🌹The pigmentation is not too strong 🌹The formula is smooth 🌹It has a faint fragrance like a refreshing perfume The wide range of colors really caught my eye, so I decided to purchase it! Comparing it to the other Rom&nd line, the Zero Velvet Tint is more oily and smooth in application, with more transfer. I love both lines ㅎㅎ The pigmentation is not too strong, and the longevity is average. As mentioned earlier, the transfer is quite a lot ㅠㅠ The product also tends to gather a lot on the applicator, so controlling the amount is a must! Despite that, I'm planning to use this product a lot because of the smooth application and the warm-cool balanced shades.
