The color has a deep burgundy tone, and when it fades a bit, the color seems to take on a plum-like hue. The pigmentation is excellent. It applies smoothly and evenly, giving a soft, velvety finish. It's suitable for use in all seasons, but I think I'll be reaching for it especially often in the winter. Compared to other tints, the longevity is quite good. When used in combination with other tints, the wear time can be extended two to three times.
Cons
There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with. The color, pigmentation, and longevity all seem perfect.
Tip
I like to apply the Villain Best Color with a gradient effect, and then add the Romand Juicy Lasting Tint in #12 Cherry Bomb in the center. It looks absolutely gorgeous and creates such a beautiful, impactful look.

Be sure to buy the Winter Cool Clear or Deep Tone products. They are truly beautiful. The burgundy color has a pinkish-blue hue that makes your face glow brightly and gives you a sophisticated look. Haha. Winter Cool users, be sure to get them. They are as soft and velvety as the name suggests, and they apply smoothly. However, they do tend to transfer a bit onto the mask.

I've been using the Romand Velvet Line Pear Red shade as my daily go-to for a while now. I personally really like the application of the Pear Red, so I decided to purchase another shade from the Velvet Tint line. Whereas the Pear Red was a clear, daily-friendly red that could be worn anywhere, the Villain Best is a shade that's a mix of the Pear Red with a hint of burgundy. I think this shade suits my skin tone perfectly. The MAC Dance With Me that I've been using regularly requires a bit more effort to blend with my eye makeup, and I've been feeling like it doesn't quite fit my recent makeup routine, so I've been looking for a purple-toned lipstick, and the Villain Best seems to be just the right amount of purple-burgundy for me - not as cool-toned as the Dance With Me, but still with a nice purple undertone, making it a great daily option. The application is also fantastic. I usually have to over-line my lips quite a bit, but this lipstick applies so smoothly and evenly without emphasizing the lip line at all. It's really impressive how thin and seamless the application is, yet it still provides great coverage. I think this would be a great product even for lipstick beginners to use.
Cons
The only downside is that the longevity could be a bit better, but the many positives outweigh this for me.
