The salt particles dissolve quickly in water, so I first lightly wet my hair, section it, and then gently massage the product onto my scalp. I then rinse it off after about 30 seconds to a minute before using my regular shampoo. The key is to not scrub too hard.

My head was too itchy, oily, and flaky, so I used this product and I'm completely satisfied! Just using it once made my head much less itchy, and the flakes that used to appear like dandruff have disappeared! The cooling sensation is great, and the lather is excellent too!
