Even when applied to oily areas, it doesn't sit on top of the skin, making it ideal for balancing oil and moisture. I've been using it all winter, and it's been great for hydration! There's nothing to complain about. I can't wait for summer to pass so I can use it again in autumn. The volume is generous, so using just a drop or two will last you a long time.

First off, I never leave fake reviews. Period. To be honest, I can't speak for those with dry skin as that's not my type. For combination dehydrated skin, if you feel your balancing cream isn't quite enough, definitely add two drops of this oil and apply it like you're coating your skin. It's absolutely the best. I'm currently using the Scinic Barrier Cream, but truthfully, it's not enough in winter. Even for combination dehydrated skin, a balancing product alone just can't cut it in winter. Fellow combination dehydrated skin folks, add this to your go-to cream - one drop on the forehead, one on the philtrum, then pat it all in. You'll have no dryness until morning + perfectly balanced skin. Whether I got it for free or not, I wouldn't bother reviewing if I didn't genuinely like it. If you have combination dehydrated skin and your usual cream feels a bit dry, use this. It's all you need. Period. P.S. On the night before an important makeup day, applying this ensures your makeup goes on flawlessly. That's a pro tip. What can I say about downsides when there aren't any? It's like a supplement you apply over your skincare routine. What's there to dislike??? Just apply it like a booster on top of your favorite cream. For combination dehydrated skin, 2 drops over a well-matched but slightly lacking moisturizer is perfect. For dry skin, 4 drops should suffice. Apply to your forehead, nose, both cheeks, and use what's left for your chin. Ingredients ★★★★★ The ingredients are fantastic! There are no allergens, making it perfect for worry-free use. User Experience ★★★★★ I researched how to use it online before trying. I saw advice to use 3 drops for oily skin and 5 for dry skin, but I think 3 drops are enough regardless of skin type. I used 3 drops and was satisfied - it felt light, non-greasy, yet provided sufficient hydration. Acne (I usually get one or two blemishes every week) Not sure if it's because of this product, but on the 5th day of use, I got 4-5 blemishes. I've paused using it and will try again once my skin calms down. Price Honestly... I'm not sure if I'd pay this much for regular use. I might consider repurchasing if it's on sale, but the price is quite steep. If you're unsure how much to use, I recommend starting with 3 drops and gradually increasing if you feel it's not enough.

Usual routine: One Thing Houttuynia Cordata Exfoliating Toner - Sidmool Centella Ampoule - Bifida Essence or Chanel Hydra Beauty Essence - Chanel Hydra Beauty Mask (used instead of cream) 1. The texture is between an oil and an essence - lighter than oil but heavier than essence. It's not a water-based product. 2. Absorption is slower than a light essence but faster compared to oil products (like camellia oil). Considering the oil-like texture, you need to pat it in well. 3. Most importantly, it didn't cause any blemishes and definitely combats winter dryness. Skin stays hydrated all day long. 4. Can be used as a final step instead of cream without feeling heavy. It's actually better in terms of nourishment, and the hydration and lasting power are more satisfying than when finishing with a moisturizing cream. While it works for my skin type, it might be too rich for oily skin. If I had to specify, it's probably best for combination to dry skin in fall and winter. Those with year-round dryness can use it by adjusting the amount. 1. Use it as the final skincare step before makeup for a beautiful glow. 2. However, with my oily skin, while it looked beautiful in the morning, by afternoon my makeup felt too greasy and started to pill. After trying this for about 3 days, I switched to using it only at night. My evening routine became <toner → oil → cream>, though the order of oil and cream didn't seem to matter much. Applying this product before a modeling mask was particularly effective - my skin looked great and felt noticeably calmed afterward.
