Pros
There were a lot of millet pimples that came up below my jawline, and when I touched them with my hands, they became purulent and even led to pigmentation. The sales staff at the Aesop store strongly recommended this product, and after applying it only to the troubled areas at night after toner, about 80% of the bumpy troubles were calmed down. If you apply this at the initial stage of trouble, it seems to calm down almost everything. It seems to be due to the salicylic acid, but it is the best for oily acne. (I'm not sure how much percentage it contains) The texture looks like it would be very sticky, like a gel ointment type, but after applying and some time passing, it doesn't feel sticky at all.

Pros
My skin is quite thin and sensitive, but this product has been the most effective for me whenever I get pimples. When I apply it to the red, itchy pimple, it quickly calms down and subsides. I've tried a lot of spot treatments over the years, but this one works the best for me, so I think I'll be using it forever.
Cons
The product itself is really good, but if I had to mention one downside, it would be that the tube cap gets a bit messy.

Pros
This product is really great. When I suddenly get itchy and flushed on my face due to seborrheic dermatitis at work, I just squeeze out a generous amount of this and apply it. It doesn't work with just one application, so I apply it about 3 times, every one or two hours. By the time I get home in the evening, I don't have to suffer as much... It really soothes the skin. The formula is non-greasy, so I can apply it even after makeup, which is very convenient.
Cons
The amount is too small ㅠ It's quite expensive, and I used it up quickly, which is disappointing.

This product is amazing at making pimples disappear. Even my dad with oily skin confirmed it works. You can apply it on top of makeup. I've been using it for 5 years.
Cons
It often sells out online and even at duty-free shops.

Pros
When applied, the small millet sinks and the inflammation causes pus to come out, making it easy to squeeze! I'm so glad I don't have to go to the dermatologist for an anti-inflammatory injection.
Cons
The amount is too little for the price.. Other than that, I haven't found any other downsides yet.

I bought this spot treatment along with the cream, and when I applied it, it stung a little!! At night, after applying the whole cream, I dotted this spot treatment only on the acne areas~ For large pimples, it didn't work that well, but for smaller ones or acne scars, I saw them fading or becoming lighter with consistent use. This was the best spot treatment I've used!! I would repurchase it.

At first, I couldn't control the amount well.. Just a little squeeze and a lot would come out, which was a waste.

Pros
This product has been more effective than any other acne cosmetics I've tried so far (excluding dermatologist-prescribed ointments)! The newly emerging acne calms down within a few days after applying it, and the best part is that when applied to yellowish, pus-filled acne, it forms a scab-like layer that falls off in about 3 days!!!! I'm so impressed.
Cons
It was all good, but the slightly sticky formula makes it a bit difficult to apply before putting on makeup.

I tried using the chamomile face mask sample that came with it, and the effects were even better haha

The salicylic acid component seems to be very effective for small blemishes and early acne. It's also very easy to use.
Cons
Due to the nature of the ingredients, I've heard it's not very effective for severe, cystic acne that has already progressed.

Pros
Cystic acne? This product works great for the red, inflamed acne! It helps the acne subside without scarring or quickly turn into pustules, and there's barely any scarring left... I've been using this alternately with tea tree oil. It's also convenient to carry around in my makeup bag.
Cons
The volume is a bit small. For someone like me with acne-prone skin, it's not enough... And since you have to squeeze it out, you need to be careful about hygiene. The fragrance can also be divisive, so I'd recommend testing it out in the store before purchasing!
