  Pros

  I had a lot of small blemishes below my jawline that I touched, causing them to spread and become inflamed, even leading to hyperpigmentation. A sales associate at the Aesop store highly recommended this product, so I applied it only to the troubled areas after toner at night. Amazingly, about 80% of the bumpy blemishes calmed down. It seems to soothe almost all blemishes when used in the early stages. I think it's due to the salicylic acid (though I'm not sure of the percentage) - it's truly the best for oily, acne-prone skin. As for the texture, while it looks like it might be very sticky based on its gel-ointment form, it doesn't feel sticky at all once it's been on for a while.

  Cons

  While I don't have any complaints yet, the price is quite high for the amount you get.

  Its compact size makes it easy to carry around and apply as needed throughout the day.

  Pros

  I have thin, sensitive skin, and this product has been the most effective for me whenever I get blemishes. When I apply it to red, itchy spots, it quickly soothes and calms them down. I've tried so many spot treatments over the years, but this one works best for me. I think I'll be using it for life!

  Cons

  The product itself is really great... If I had to nitpick, the only slight annoyance is that it gets a bit messy around the tube cap.

  Pros

  This product is a real gem! When my seborrheic dermatitis flares up at work, causing sudden itching, I generously apply this cream. It usually takes about three applications every couple of hours, but by the time I get home in the evening, I'm much more comfortable. It really helps calm my skin. What's great is that the lightweight formula allows me to apply it even over makeup without any issues.

  Cons

  The size is disappointingly small. Considering the price, which is quite high, I use it up too quickly, which is a shame.

  Apply multiple layers on itchy skin, even after applying makeup

  Pros

  This is by far the most effective acne product I've ever used (excluding prescription ointments from dermatologists)! When applied to newly forming blemishes, it noticeably calms them down in just a few days. The best part? When used on yellow, pus-filled pimples, it forms a scab-like layer after about 3 days of application, which then falls off!!!! I'm truly amazed.

  Cons

  While it's great overall, the slightly sticky texture might make it challenging to apply before makeup.

  Tip

  I tried using it with the chamomile mask pack that came as a free sample, and the results were even better!
