As a 30-something with dry, sensitive skin: This vegan skincare product from Ivo contains beneficial ingredients like centella asiatica extract and tea tree leaf, which are great for reducing inflammation. They heavily promote it as an organic option that's suitable for sensitive skin, which is why I decided to give it a try. Despite being advertised as suitable for sensitive skin, it caused an immediate reaction on my face. Use only a tiny amount or do a patch test before applying it fully. While the product boasts impressive ingredients for blemish-prone and super sensitive skin, it's crucial to remember that everyone's skin reacts differently. Even products marketed for sensitive complexions can sometimes cause irritation. Always prioritize patch testing new products, especially if you have reactive skin. This experience underscores the importance of introducing new skincare items gradually, regardless of their claims. - no******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 8, 2025
As someone with oily skin, I've been mixing a bit of this with my moisturizer just on my cheeks during winter, and it's been fantastic! The only downside to this product seems to be its high price relative to the amount you get. - sc**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2024
It seems like a decent product. I appreciated that it didn't have that overwhelming sensation typical of tea tree products. While there's nothing particularly disappointing, using this tea tree product didn't have a significant effect on reducing my blemishes. Still, since it contains tea tree, it's safer to avoid applying it around the eyes. - ms*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 25, 2024
This lightweight oil is suitable for all skin types, making it a versatile choice for everyone. Despite containing tea tree, it didn't have a significant soothing effect on my skin. - wl********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 27, 2024
Works wonders as a spot treatment for blemishes - it's soothing, cooling, and effective Be careful not to over-apply, as it can cause irritation and redness if used excessively - eo*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 22, 2024
This face oil is perfect for oily skin types. The scent isn't an overpowering tea tree smell, but rather a refreshing aroma. It's not too rich, making it ideal to mix with a hydrating moisturizer in winter. While the product itself is satisfactory, it seems a bit overpriced. - 33******Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinNov 8, 2023
Hydration? Absolutely! When applied to dry skin, there's a noticeable oily moisturizing effect. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to agree with my skin. I developed some blemishes, so I couldn't use it more than a few times. - jh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 7, 2023
The absorption is top-notch. As someone who really loves the tea tree scent, I've gone through more than three bottles. I massage it in with the feeling of locking in that final bit of hydration after my skincare routine. When I wake up the next morning, my skin feels wonderfully moisturized. It might be a bit heavy for those with oily skin. There's also some pilling when applying makeup, so I prefer to use it at night before bed. You could mix a drop or two with your foundation depending on the weather, but it tends to make your makeup break down more easily. After your skincare routine, gently massage in three to four drops as the final step. It creates a protective moisture barrier. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 12, 2023
Personally, I absolutely adore this product. It's great for dry skin and even helps with occasional blemishes. It might be a bit rich for skin types other than dry. Other than that, I can't think of any drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedOct 11, 2023
I'm still using an old package of this product I bought ages ago, and it's only half gone. When I do my evening skincare routine and suddenly notice blemishes popping up, I just dab this on as a spot treatment before bed. By morning, they're gone! It doesn't cause any pain, there's no visible pus, and no redness. I simply apply it to areas where sudden bumps appear. Since it's an oil, it can feel a bit heavy if you try to apply it over larger areas. It works perfectly as a spot treatment though!
