Plus, the ingredients are pure and gentle.
ConsMy scalp type is sensitive, prone to redness, and oily with fine hair. In summer, I tend to get scalp blemishes. I tried this product hoping it would help with hair loss symptoms, but it really didn't suit me. It made my hair stiff, and my scalp became oily faster. I even started getting scalp blemishes that I didn't usually have before, which led to itching. I'll probably switch to a different product after finishing this bottle.

There are more disappointing aspects, unfortunately.
ConsFirst of all, it doesn't lather well. After using this, my scalp suddenly became itchy, and I developed a lot of dead skin cells and dandruff, so I had to stop using it.

I can feel that fewer strands fall out when washing and drying my hair. It's effective against hair loss. I like that it's fragrance-free. When purchased during sales, it's quite affordable. The packaging is designed for easy recycling.
ConsI wanted to keep using it because it visibly reduced hair loss, but as I have super sensitive skin, it caused too many blemishes on my forehead, leaving many marks. It's disappointing that I can't use this product due to my sensitive skin causing breakouts. I have an oily scalp, but this might not be for oily hair types as I need to shampoo daily. Oil builds up faster than with the jojoba shampoo.
TipAfter lathering, leave it on your scalp for 3 minutes before rinsing. You'll definitely notice a difference in the amount of hair falling out.

I received the product on the 21st and used it for almost a week until the 29th. Positives: - The scent is not irritating, which I appreciated. - It lathers well, allowing me to use less product than expected, which is great.
ConsWhether due to the shampoo or not, while testing it, I suddenly developed small blemishes along my hairline. About 3-4 inflamed spots appeared within a week... So I had to pause using it after a week! - It's colorless, making it hard to gauge how much I've used, which is slightly disappointing. - The price is a bit steep. Admittedly, the effects of anti-hair loss shampoos are best observed with consistent use. Once the inflammation subsides, I plan to try it again. I've heard that even if hair loss isn't severe, it's good to use preventatively. The high price might be an issue for long-term use though. (To be honest, I'm not very familiar with the prices of other anti-hair loss shampoos...)

Must be rosemary then. The cool fragrance and menthol's refreshing sensation make it suitable for oily scalps prone to heat. I think it's perfect for those with an oily scalp and excessive heat. I appreciate that the container is designed for easy recycling, with the label and bottle separately detachable.
ConsMy scalp has complex issues. I've had dandruff since infancy, and during puberty, my scalp would ooze and develop scab-like flakes the size of my fingernails. It's a very problematic scalp. So, when I switched from my usual shampoo to this one, I felt a temporary cooling sensation on the first day. However, as time passed, it became incredibly itchy, and my previously calm dandruff started to flare up again. I had to stop using it before finishing the entire bottle. Moreover, I experienced severe itching and significant hair loss. Also, the quantity is quite small compared to the price. Despite these issues, I'm giving it three stars because while it didn't work for my extreme case, it might be a great product for someone else.
TipFor all shampoos, it's best to start with a light first wash to remove surface impurities. From the second wash onwards, leave the shampoo on for about 3 minutes. This allows time for the shampoo to break down sebum and pollutants, and for the beneficial ingredients to be absorbed. If you're in a hurry or if you wash at night and again in the morning, you can skip the first wash. Just rinse your hair thoroughly with water before going straight to the second wash.

My hair is thin, dry, and limp. Being a mom, I tie it up all day, which causes tangling and more hair loss when washing and drying. This product's gentle ingredients reassured me, and its anti-hair loss claims made me hope it would strengthen my roots, reducing shedding and breakage. That's why I applied to be a Hwahae Tester. After a week of use, while I haven't noticed dramatic visible changes, there seems to be slightly less hair fall. Previously, my drain would be full of hair after washing, but now it's not as bad. Secondly, my roots seem healthier, with a bit more volume at the scalp. Lastly, my hair feels less oily compared to when I used my previous product. Washing once a day, I definitely notice less greasiness before my next wash.
Cons1. The pump seems a bit stiff - only half the product comes out with one pump. I end up pumping multiple times; for my shoulder-length hair, I need about 5 pumps. 2. For the first 1-3 days, I used it in the afternoon and dried my hair thoroughly before bed, but I got some blemishes on my scalp. I was worried I'd have to stop using it, but they stopped appearing after that. It seems there was an adjustment period. Also, while my hair is less oily, my scalp feels a bit dry. I'm concerned that if it gets too dry, it might become itchy and counterproductive. This issue seems to be both a pro and a con. 3. Since it's a scalp product, my hair texture has become more rough and stiff, making it harder to brush. I think I'll need to use a separate hair product or pay more attention to hair care.
TipIt seems essential to use this product for the scalp while also using a separate shampoo or treatment for the hair itself!

Although I couldn't use it due to incompatible ingredients, those around me said it was incredibly refreshing and great.
ConsI used it once, but something didn't agree with me. My hairline broke out in hive-like bumps, and my scalp felt like it was hit by a blemish bomb. While consistent use might yield different results, I couldn't continue after one use due to ingredient incompatibility. However, when my mom used it, she said her scalp felt incredibly cool and it felt like it was removing deep-seated dead skin cells. The only downside was that it barely lathered.

For reference, I'm so sensitive that I can't use popular shampoos sold in supermarkets (like those with perfume scents). I usually keep three different shampoos on hand and alternate between them depending on my scalp condition. My scalp tends to be dry, and I've noticed my hair isn't as thick as it used to be. - Rich lather A few years ago, when my scalp became sensitive, I tried almost every shampoo that claimed to be good for the scalp. Some of them didn't lather well, which made for an unpleasant experience and discouraged me from using them. This product, however, produces a rich lather, making the shampooing process less irritating and potentially reducing hair loss. - Eco-friendly packaging Before using the product, I learned that the container is made from recyclable plastic with an environmentally conscious pump design. I wish more companies would take the lead in considering the environment like this.
ConsAs I mentioned above, my scalp is sensitive and dry, so this might be a personal issue. Please keep that in mind. - Itching and blemishes Although it's marketed as a gentle product with good ingredients, it doesn't seem to agree with me entirely. After using the product, the back of my head feels itchy. As a result, I've developed a few blemishes along my hairline at the nape of my neck. If you have a dry scalp like mine, I'd recommend using this product mainly during the summer months.
