I absolutely love this product. I'm on my 6th bottle now. My skin is super sensitive, so I couldn't use anything but Zeroid before. But after discovering this, it's been a game-changer! I can't stress enough how amazing it is. It has truly transformed my skin. My complexion has never been better. Pro tip: It's cheaper if you buy it on Coupang!
ConsThe scent isn't great... It has a strong medicinal smell, which was off-putting at first.

After trying various products, this one settled the issue immediately. Highly recommended for seasonal transitions!
ConsNothing bad to report yet. If I had to nitpick, there's a slight medicinal scent, but that's not even a drawback for me!
TipIt's also great for spot-treating oily areas

After winning The Hwahae Testers selection, I tried the Real Barrier Cream Ampoule instead of the Nine Wishes one. At first, I thought it was a bit dry, so I applied it twice, but now I find once is just right. It's moisturizing, and above all, my face isn't dry in the morning but stays hydrated!!! Plus, the number of pimples and blemishes has noticeably decreased, and my skin texture has improved.
ConsIf I had to pick something, maybe the scent...?? It smells a bit like toothpaste, so it feels like I'm applying toothpaste to my face...haha. Also, the price seems a bit high for the amount you get.
TipI hope you'll try the night routine I mentioned in the good points!! It really does wonders for your skin. If you're applying it before makeup, use only a small amount!! I found that using too much can cause pilling.

When you open the sealed cap, it draws in the contents and the lid rises. Pressing the raised lid dispenses the ampoule. I appreciated how hygienic it was and how it clearly indicated the right amount to use. I also give high marks for the easy-to-remove label on the container. - Consistency: It's slightly thicker than a runny texture. I think it's an appropriate consistency for an ampoule.
Cons- Scent: I absolutely despise it. It smells like a cheap air freshener. The combination of spearmint extract and aromatic oils used as fragrance alternatives doesn't seem to work well. Although these ingredients are listed towards the end, those with sensitive skin might want to avoid it just in case. - Ingredients: Some ingredients with little or no data rating are positioned near the top of the list. It feels a bit like being a lab rat. - Dryness: Despite being an ampoule, it feels more drying than the Real Barrier Essence Mist I used to spray on my hands as a toner replacement. - Skin Reaction: After my skin reacted badly once while testing for Hwahae, I rarely apply anymore. I thought I'd give it a try since Real Barrier products usually suit my skin well, but... the result was... Even though I only applied it once as a toner replacement after evening cleansing on the day I received it, the next day I developed contact dermatitis or something resembling atopic dermatitis around my eyes, the most sensitive part of my skin. It only got worse, not better, so I stopped using it. I've attached a photo, but in reality, it looks even more severe, like atopic dermatitis. The only change was from my usual toner to this ampoule...
Tip- Apply only once: Due to the presence of stearic acid, this product is not meant for multiple applications.

My face is actually glowing! This ampoule is a miracle worker, tackling both deep and surface hydration. The texture is divine - it spreads like a watery cream, allowing for quick absorption and easy application over large areas. It glides on smoothly and leaves a delightfully plump finish, feeling like it's creating a protective moisture barrier on my skin. I use just three drops - one on my forehead and one on each cheek - and I'm set from morning till night without a hint of dryness. It's an absolute must-have for winter skincare. The packaging is a winner too - lightweight container with a label that peels off cleanly.
ConsIf I had to nitpick, I'd say the scent. While it's not overly bothersome, there's a slight chemical-like fragrance to it.
TipPro tip: When using the dropper, don't just give it a gentle squeeze. Press it firmly to ensure you get enough product.

Cons- The scent is a bit heavy (leaves a medicinal smell) - Not recommended if you're looking for a lightweight essence

The product absorbs beautifully into the skin without any pilling. Thanks to its gentle formulation without irritating ingredients, it feels incredibly mild on my skin and doesn't cause any blemishes. While this product alone may not be enough, when used in combination with the Extreme Cream, it significantly improved my deep dryness. Even in an office without heating, I only experienced slight dryness!
ConsIt's not a hydrating serum, so relying on this ampoule alone for moisturizing might be insufficient. The price point is also a bit high for the amount you get. There's a somewhat medicinal scent that lingers. If it's the natural fragrance of the ingredients without added perfumes, that could be a plus, but there's no explanation about this aspect, which is disappointing.
TipThis review is based on two weeks of use as of October 21, 2019. I plan to update with continued usage feedback. Here's my basic skincare routine using the cream ampoule: With this routine, even in the current weather, I don't experience flaking dead skin cells. Even with long-wearing foundation, my makeup doesn't separate or look matte. The best part is that even if I let my skin dry a bit after cleansing without applying anything, the deep dryness has significantly improved. Morning: COSRX Moisture Pad (on very dry days) or Hanskin Hyaluron Skin Essence (a toner in essence clothing) - Cream Ampoule - Dr.G Black Snail Cream - Dr.G Sunscreen. Evening: COSRX Moisture Pad - Cream Ampoule - Extreme Cream.
