When I used other brands, my hair would get greasy by lunchtime after washing in the morning, which was stressful. But since switching to this shampoo, even if I wash my hair the night before, it stays clean until the next evening! My hair also sheds less now. The price is a bit disappointing. It's quite expensive for the amount you get, which is the main drawback. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinFeb 24, 2018
After using it, my hair feels much softer. It seems to tangle less, and I'm noticing less hair fall when drying. I'm definitely planning to keep using it. It's quite pricey for the amount you get. I'm torn between sticking with this or switching back to regular shampoos, even though I've heard they contain more carcinogens. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 15, 2016
My scalp was dry, but after using it, the itchiness went away and my hair is no longer greasy. There's nothing particularly disappointing, but I wish the size was a bit larger. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 9, 2016
There is a refreshing feeling and it seems like my dandruff has decreased a lot. The long hair that I dyed is very stiff. I'm shocked that there are as many as 3 bad ingredients in it. For dyed hair, it's good to use a nourishing conditioner. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinAug 25, 2016
Awesome!! I didn't really notice a big difference since my hair was already in good condition, but as it grew out, the difference was definitely noticeable 😭💕 I grew it all the way down to my waist, and the ends didn't split at all!! It's truly amazing haha The only downside is that the scent is a bit disappointing? I really liked the perfume shampoo before 😢 But I'm satisfied now that I've replaced it with something like a hair mist~~ - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 8, 2016
My scalp is very sensitive, but this product is great. My hair doesn't fall out. My husband says the Neutriall shampoo is better, so I took off one star. They say the Neuskin brand has good ingredients, but the shampoos from the same company can be vastly different. Especially the regular Neuskin shampoo, it really frustrates me. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinMay 30, 2016
She has very thick and long hair. On the days she uses it, she is certainly calmer. It feels a bit messy and the thin texture is disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 6, 2016
I'm currently pregnant, so I've been using this product for about 2 months now, as the existing chemical ingredients concerned me. Since it's formulated for the scalp, it's helped reduce dandruff and itchiness. Since it's for the scalp, my hair feels a bit stiff. However, using a conditioner or a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner product along with it has worked well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2016
Originally, my mom bought this as a hair loss prevention product, so she was the only one using it. But then my own shampoo ran out, so I tried using my mom's once. After that, I started secretly using it, and now we're sharing the same product. After shampooing, my scalp feels refreshed and invigorated. I've been using it consistently, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair loss. It's great for preventing hair loss. At first, the lather wasn't very abundant, which felt a bit strange. It's different from other brand shampoos, as you need to use more to get a good lather. But I've gotten used to it now. The only downside is that the bottle size is a bit small, which is a bit disappointing. Don't use too much, even if the lather isn't abundant. Just pump it a few times and it will be enough. Make sure to thoroughly wet your hair first, then use just a moderate amount in your palms to apply it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 2, 2016
I've tried many NewSkin products and have been disappointed many times, but the Epoch products are relatively good. Most shampoos are full of bad ingredients, but when I wash my hair with this one, I can definitely feel fewer strands coming out between my fingers. I've also tried Hoh Hoh Ami, which is good, but the price is too high, so I've switched back to Epoch. I wish the NewSkin sellers would stop with the exaggerated advertising. I sincerely request that they stop.
