My scalp was dry, but after using it, the itchiness went away and my hair is no longer greasy. There's nothing particularly disappointing, but I wish the size was a bit larger. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 9, 2016
There is a refreshing feeling and it seems like my dandruff has decreased a lot. The long hair that I dyed is very stiff. I'm shocked that there are as many as 3 bad ingredients in it. For dyed hair, it's good to use a nourishing conditioner. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2016
I had severe dandruff and itchiness on my scalp, but it has improved tremendously after using this product. Nowadays, I don't have to scratch my head anymore^^ It doesn't feel like other shampoos, but apart from the thick, mucus-like texture, I like it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 6, 2016
I'm currently pregnant, so I've been using this product for about 2 months now, as the existing chemical ingredients concerned me. Since it's formulated for the scalp, it's helped reduce dandruff and itchiness. Since it's for the scalp, my hair feels a bit stiff. However, using a conditioner or a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner product along with it has worked well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2016
Originally, my mom bought this as a hair loss prevention product, so she was the only one using it. But then my own shampoo ran out, so I tried using my mom's once. After that, I started secretly using it, and now we're sharing the same product. After shampooing, my scalp feels refreshed and invigorated. I've been using it consistently, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair loss. It's great for preventing hair loss. At first, the lather wasn't very abundant, which felt a bit strange. It's different from other brand shampoos, as you need to use more to get a good lather. But I've gotten used to it now. The only downside is that the bottle size is a bit small, which is a bit disappointing. Don't use too much, even if the lather isn't abundant. Just pump it a few times and it will be enough. Make sure to thoroughly wet your hair first, then use just a moderate amount in your palms to apply it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 15, 2015
Among the shampoos I've tried, this is the best. It's gentle and soothing from the moment it lathers up, and the itchiness disappears. The dandruff and postpartum hair loss also went away.. Although I switched to the larger Melaleuca herbal version due to the price, I feel that Epoque is much better. The high price. The presence of 3 questionable ingredients makes me a bit uneasy.
