I switched to this shampoo because my scalp is sensitive and I often get blemishes. First off, true to Nu Skin's style, the design looks gentle and appealing. After using it for a few days, I noticed no new blemishes appeared, and the existing ones started to calm down gradually. The scent wasn't bad either. The volume is small, so it runs out quickly. It doesn't lather well, so it doesn't feel as refreshing as when I used my previous product. After washing, my hair doesn't feel soft but rather stiff. You need to follow up with a conditioner after shampooing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 11, 2020
I'm glad it helps me find better products! I was in disbelief. Recommended by my mom's friend, I bought multiple sizes and used it for nearly two years. They claimed it was surfactant-free with good ingredients, hence no lather. Ha! I paid good money to use chemicals. Other articles even mention carcinogens - it's outrageous. Not even worth one star. Now I understand why my hair was falling out, tangling, becoming dry, and why I got blemishes on my scalp. I see why it's a multi-level marketing scheme. The best tip is not to buy it at all. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2016
Originally, my mom bought this as a hair loss prevention product, so she was the only one using it. But then my own shampoo ran out, so I tried using my mom's once. After that, I started secretly using it, and now we're sharing the same product. After shampooing, my scalp feels refreshed and invigorated. I've been using it consistently, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair loss. It's great for preventing hair loss. At first, the lather wasn't very abundant, which felt a bit strange. It's different from other brand shampoos, as you need to use more to get a good lather. But I've gotten used to it now. The only downside is that the bottle size is a bit small, which is a bit disappointing. Don't use too much, even if the lather isn't abundant. Just pump it a few times and it will be enough. Make sure to thoroughly wet your hair first, then use just a moderate amount in your palms to apply it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 5, 2015
I tried using Neuskin because it was said to be gentle, and while I don't know much about other products, I can strongly recommend this one. It saved my poor, damaged hair ㅜㅠㅜ The only downside is that it doesn't lather up very well, but that's apparently because it's acidic. Most shampoos contain a lot of surfactants to create a good lather, but those tend to be alkaline, which doesn't match well with our acidic skin. So I'd rather use a dog shampoo than those kinds of shampoos - dogs have even more sensitive skin than humans, so dog shampoos are usually acidic. The lack of lather is one thing, but the high price is also a downside... But the lack of lather is apparently due to the acidic nature of the product. The shampoo does contain a small amount of conditioner, but for those with very dry hair, it's best to use a separate conditioner product. But this app doesn't seem to have that listed. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJan 31, 2015
The acne that used to appear on my scalp after use is gone! The price is a bit burdensome... It's expensive..ㅜㅡㅜ The lather doesn't form well
