I'm not quite sure yet. I'll need to use it more to really tell. I plan to keep using it for a few more weeks. It does leave my hair feeling a bit stiff. I noticed some blemishes after using it, but I'm not certain if the shampoo is the cause. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedOct 18, 2021
As someone with a sensitive scalp who's been a shampoo nomad, this product has significantly improved my scalp itchiness and inflammation. Personally, I'm not a fan of scented products, but while this one isn't fragrance-free, the scent disappears quickly after drying. The price point seems a bit on the higher side. Another drawback is that it's occasionally out of stock. - ry*************Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 13, 2021
I switched to this shampoo because my scalp is sensitive and I often get blemishes. First off, true to Nu Skin's style, the design looks gentle and appealing. After using it for a few days, I noticed no new blemishes appeared, and the existing ones started to calm down gradually. The scent wasn't bad either. The volume is small, so it runs out quickly. It doesn't lather well, so it doesn't feel as refreshing as when I used my previous product. After washing, my hair doesn't feel soft but rather stiff. You need to follow up with a conditioner after shampooing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 17, 2021
I'm currently using this with my 22-month-old child and myself. My husband is using Epoch Dandruff-Free shampoo. However, this one has great ingredients, a mild scent, and is wonderfully pH-balanced. It's excellent! The only slight drawback is that it leaves the hair a bit stiff. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. - dl*******Normal SkinJan 11, 2020
I'm glad it helps me find better products! I was in disbelief. Recommended by my mom's friend, I bought multiple sizes and used it for nearly two years. They claimed it was surfactant-free with good ingredients, hence no lather. Ha! I paid good money to use chemicals. Other articles even mention carcinogens - it's outrageous. Not even worth one star. Now I understand why my hair was falling out, tangling, becoming dry, and why I got blemishes on my scalp. I see why it's a multi-level marketing scheme. The best tip is not to buy it at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 8, 2019
I loved that I didn't need to use a separate conditioner after washing my hair The amount seemed a bit small, but it's still a product worth repurchasing - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 26, 2019
It wasn't particularly impressive or disappointing. I just used it because it was there, and when it ran out, I moved on to something else... The amount was small, and despite the hype, I couldn't really tell what was so great about it. It was just... meh. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 24, 2019
I like the fresh, clean feeling after shampooing, but looking at the ingredients, I realize I shouldn't rely solely on a friend's recommendation... They were boasting about how great their products are, but it turns out most of them contain quite a few questionable ingredients. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 3, 2019
As someone with thin hair, I can only use pH-balanced shampoos. I didn't know much about the benefits beyond its pH balance, and once tried switching to a regular shampoo due to the price. Big mistake - my hair became thinner and weaker! So I went back to using only Epoch shampoo. While it doesn't seem to promote new hair growth, I'm satisfied with how it thickens my existing hair. It's a bit pricier compared to other Nu Skin shampoos. Though it definitely thickens the hair, it can leave it feeling dry, so purchasing an additional hair mask is recommended (but then again, that's true for most shampoos). For those with thin hair or oily scalps, it's best to wash twice daily, morning and evening. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopic SkinFeb 17, 2019
The good thing is there's plenty... I can't believe they're selling a product with ethoxyethanol, a harmful ingredient often avoided even in adult cosmetics, as a baby product for 2-year-olds... I'm not sure if the Nu Skin seller is just saying this to make a sale or if Nu Skin company actually instructed their sales reps to market it as a baby product, but please keep this in mind.
