Pros
The fragrance is so lovely. When I wash my hair at night, the subtle shampoo scent that lingers in the morning helps lift my mood. The lather is also abundant, making it easy to wash my hair.

I was using it and loving it, but one day when I scratched an itchy spot, I found that my dandruff had gone crazy. The flakes were huge and hard, rolling around, and the dandruff layer was so thick that no matter how much I scratched, more just kept coming out - big chunks of it. Soon after, my scalp inflammation flared up, and I had to take steroids to recover. I wondered if it was because of this shampoo, so I started using other shampoos and only used this one about twice a week, but on the days I used this shampoo, the dandruff and flakes would explode. I really love the fragrance and the rich lather, but it's such a shame.

I used it for the first time after receiving it as a gift, and the bubbles were thin, the scent was nice, and there was less oiliness, so there wasn't much oil the next day either.
Cons
I repurchased the 1L shampoo and conditioner, but the price was around 136,000?!?haha The price is a bit expensive, but other than that, I'm 100% satisfied.

Pros
The mild acid-based shampoo lathers well and has excellent cleansing power. When using regular surfactants or silicone-added shampoos, I often experience scalp pimples or itchiness, but I didn't have those issues when using this shampoo. I've tried Rene Furterer, Avedas, and other department store shampoos, but Kiehl's is the best among them. In the morning after shampooing, I can feel the oil coming back to my scalp by the evening. (Using a hair dryer after shampooing keeps the roots alive, but the oil returns by the time I get to the office. This is just something I have to deal with since my hair is so thin.) If I just go to work after the evening shampoo, I can feel the oiliness by around lunchtime. (The roots settle back down by the morning.) The scent is a soft, sweet, and comforting coconut. The hair feels slightly stiff when wet, but it's generally fine after drying. I don't use any separate conditioner or treatment. (I only selectively use a treatment when my hair feels particularly stiff.)
Cons
The only downside is the price. It was a hassle to buy the 500ml size at the duty-free shop to carry around.

Pros
When I first received and used the sample, the lather didn't form well and it had a coconut-like scent that I didn't really like. My hair also felt stiff. But later, when a friend gifted it to me and I learned how to use it properly, I realized it's a good product. A small amount creates good lather and it seems to have good cleansing power. Most importantly, it has given my hair some strength and vitality. The stiffness can be covered by using just a tiny bit of conditioner. I occasionally do a hair treatment as well. I've been alternating between this and Aro*** shampoo for repurchases.
Cons
The price is quite steep ㅠㅜ But it's fortunate that I'm the only one using it. There's another shampoo I alternate with... Still, ugh, I wish it had a pump dispenser.
