It cleans well. If you apply it generously on a cotton pad and place it on your eyes, even heavy makeup can be completely removed.

First of all, it was great that it was slightly acidic! The makeup came off well, and I was able to remove even eye makeup.
Cons
The packaging opening was inconvenient. You have to press it to use it, but when you press it, it sprays out like a water gun to the side. And if it gets in your eyes, it stings terribly.

I used Bioderma and tried switching once, but I'm considering going back to Bioderma.
Cons
1. I don't use cotton pads and apply it directly, which is very uncomfortable. 2. My eyes sting. (Bioderma doesn't sting)
