It seems to be mildly acidic, so it doesn't irritate the skin and is gentle. It seems to be good for troubled skin that can't use oils. The fact that it's colorless and odorless is also a big plus.
Cons
The pumping is... not good. It comes out with a lot of force, and you have to spread it around with a cotton pad. It foams up, and if you press down too hard, it squirts out to the side. Also, when removing eye makeup, it stings, so sensitive people may not be able to use this as an all-in-one product.

It's even better than I expected!!! The price is affordable and since it's mildly acidic, it's less irritating than the Bioderma products I used before.
Cons

It feels like there is little skin irritation as it is mildly acidic. I have already purchased and used 4 bottles. Basic makeup is generally well removed.
Cons
I rush to buy it during sales. I use a dedicated remover for point makeup.

The slightly acidic nature makes it suitable for morning cleansing and I'm quite satisfied with using it for light makeup removal as well.

The good ingredients and mild acidity made me happy. The generous volume was also good, and there were no troubles like breakouts after use, so it passed the test.
Cons
This is a pump-type, and when using it, it gets all over my hands and drips down, which is very inconvenient.. That's probably why cleansing waters don't often come in pump-type packaging.. With it getting on my hands and dripping, I seem to end up using more than I intended.

First of all, it was great that it was slightly acidic! The makeup came off well, and I was able to remove even eye makeup.
Cons
The packaging opening was inconvenient. You have to press it to use it, but when you press it, it sprays out like a water gun to the side. And if it gets in your eyes, it stings terribly.
