However, this toner's mildly acidic formula balances my skin without any irritation, preventing my face from heating up! It's not only gentle but also finishes with a fresh feel, without the oiliness or stickiness often found in other brands. I frequently use it for a quick cleanse on days when I skip washing my face. Being fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and paraben-free, it's stripped of all irritating ingredients, making it truly beneficial for the skin. However, if you use a lot of waterproof products or heavy mascara, you might find its cleansing power a bit weak. Nevertheless, it easily removes light makeup and face makeup without pilling! While it feels refreshing, it might be slightly lacking in hydration. Also, it may not effectively remove makeup for those who apply their foundation very thickly or use mascara that creates dramatic spider lashes. For such users, I'd recommend using a separate lip and eye makeup remover first, then following up with this product. Keeping it in the fridge during summer and applying it to your face, all greasy from a day's worth of makeup, the moment you get home in the evening is absolutely divine. As someone with super sensitive skin who adores Cell Fusion C, I'm a big fan. I chose their cleansing water over oily cleansers because it causes fewer blemishes and works well for sensitive skin like mine. I've been using this for about 6 months, and there's still some left due to its generous size. The cleansing effectiveness is not bad at all. I use it solely for removing base makeup before washing my face. I switched to this when my previous product was discontinued, and it's quite serviceable! Sometimes it foams up white, which is a bit disappointing. You need to wipe it off with an exfoliating cotton pad to clean the pores more thoroughly. I've been using it with a foam maker. It's great for morning cleansing - gentle and non-irritating. If you're wearing heavy makeup, it won't remove everything completely. You'll need to double cleanse. Using it with oil boosts its cleansing effectiveness, which is fantastic.
