The pumping is... not good. It comes out with a lot of force, and you have to spread it around with a cotton pad. It foams up, and if you press down too hard, it squirts out to the side. I've always trusted and used all of Cellusion's products. They were the products that were always stocked at the dermatology clinic I went to since I was young, so I've been using them for a long time. Now I only use the lotion and toner, and they've been my go-to products for years. They're gentle, with no irritation when removing, so I've been loyal to them. Lately, there have been a lot of good products coming out, but I haven't felt the need to look elsewhere as long as these don't cause any irritation, and they've been great for my skin health.
Cons
These days, strengthening the skin barrier is trending, so I've been switching to oils a lot. But the toner is more irritating than the oils, as it gets soaked into the tissue and causes irritation when wiping it off.
Tip
For my skin, I try to use a generous amount of cleansing water on the cleansing tissue to remove my makeup as gently as possible. It requires more product, but it's less irritating.

It's fragrance-free and gentle. Since I have sensitive skin, products that don't suit me usually cause breakouts, but this one doesn't give me any issues. I've already gone through several bottles... It's really convenient that I can pump the cotton pad to apply it.
