  Texture: It's a bit... slime-like? Waterproof? But it lathers up well! Scent: I could barely smell anything, but my sister says it has a nice fragrance, while my mom finds it headache-inducing... It seems everyone perceives it differently. Since two opinions are positive, I'll count it as a plus! Feel: It's incredibly hydrating! Usually after using a cleansing foam, I'd rush to apply toner as my skin felt like it was drying out in real-time... But with this, I can take my time walking to the next step. Right after washing, it feels like I've already absorbed a layer of water toner! So moisturizing! Packaging: They've reduced plastic use, making the cap thinner, but it actually fits well with the main container. The flip-top lid also closes securely. The center of gravity is at the bottom, giving it a stable feel. The uniquely squishy main container allows you to use every last drop! Overall: While the lack of noticeable effects might be disappointing, there are no real downsides, and it's wonderfully hydrating!

  Effects: It's not exactly a drawback, but I didn't really feel the full benefits of the cica ingredients. Maybe it's because I've been staying up late recently... Still, not seeing dramatic results is a bit disappointing.

  Here's my direct review after using it for 2 weeks as an event winner. It's incredibly gentle, probably due to the cica ingredient. Many people these days are sensitive to fragrances and worry about various products, but this one has a very mild scent. Even when you lather it up and massage it on your face, there's no overwhelming fragrance at all. Some foam cleansers can feel stiff when you squeeze them out, making them uncomfortable to use, but this cleanser is so soft that it comes out easily without having to squeeze hard. The best part is that even though I have sensitive combination skin that's prone to irritation, dryness, and flakiness, this cleanser is so gentle that it seems to moisturize really well. For those with oily skin who might worry about it making their skin greasier, it's surprisingly gentle while still effectively removing oil. Amazingly, even after not applying any emulsion for 3 days after cleansing, my face didn't feel tight at all. Usually, with other cleansers, my face feels tight and uncomfortable, requiring immediate application of emulsion, but maybe due to the cica, there's no tightness, which I really appreciate. I think it's great for people like me with sensitive combination skin, and even those sensitive to fragrances should be able to use it without worry.

  Cons

  If there's one downside, it's that as someone who rarely wears makeup, I don't notice any inconvenience, but those who wear more makeup might need to use a different cleansing oil as a first step. Since this is designed for sensitive skin, it seems to lack a bit of cleansing power to remove makeup completely.

  For those dealing with blemishes and rough skin due to mask-wearing these days, try cleansing with this product and gently massaging the affected areas with the foam. It seems to help a bit with soothing the skin.

It's easily in my top 3 cleansers I've ever used, causing no irritation at all. I'm usually quite particular about scents, but I found this one pleasant.   ❗️As you can see from the photo, it has a runny consistency. ❗️You can create a lather with just a small amount (great!). ❗️It has a pleasant scent that's quite enjoyable (awesome!). ❗️There's no skin tightness, so you don't have to rush to apply toner right after washing. It gives you some breathing room (not bad). ❗️It removes makeup as effectively as regular cleansing foams (not bad).

  Cons

  Unfortunately, the lack of deep dryness was only temporary. After using it for a while, I noticed my skin felt just as tight as before.

  I used to only use Neutrogena cleansers, and after trying this again, I realized Neutrogena really is the best for foam cleansing! Although it contains amino acids that are supposed to maintain hydration, I didn't feel it was exceptionally moisturizing.

  First off, it produces plenty of foam, which means less irritation when massaging it onto the skin. The fresh scent is also quite pleasant. Being a low pH foam cleanser, it doesn't strip away too much oil after washing, leaving the skin feeling moisturized yet clean.
