After rinsing, my skin feels as smooth as if I'd used a bar soap. The packaging design is quite sophisticated too. Despite being called a 'Deep Clean Soothing Foaming' cleanser, it neither deep cleans (poor cleansing effectiveness) nor soothes. It does smooth the skin, though. Surprisingly, even with my oily skin, it left me feeling dry. Oddly enough, after washing and patting dry, my skin feels really dehydrated (which didn't happen with other foams). Unlike my previous cleanser, this one left my skin feeling hydrated after washing. It was a bit inconvenient that I had to wet it slightly and rub for a long time to create lather. I've been using it for about two months and it's been a solid, reliable product without causing any skin issues. My skin feels a bit tight after washing. I have particularly dry skin, so I might be more sensitive to this effect.

The cleansing effectiveness is great and there's no irritation! I love how it lathers up nicely. I haven't found anything to complain about yet! It's perfect for evening cleansing. You can purchase it at a good price on Coupang.

After trying this foaming cleanser, I'm absolutely thrilled! I've been searching for a hydrating cleanser because my face usually feels so dry after washing, and this one is a game-changer! The results are beyond satisfying. Previously, my skin felt so parched after cleansing that I had to immediately apply skincare products. But with Neutrogena, there's no dryness whatsoever. I can even wait a bit before my skincare routine without any tightness in my skin. What's more, unlike other low pH foams I've used that were gel-like and didn't lather well, this one creates an amazing foam despite being gentle on the skin. Now, as an adult, I'm using it again for the first time. Among the three options, I was most intrigued by the Cica Cleansing Foam, and I'm thrilled to have received exactly what I wanted! I have combination-oily skin prone to small blemishes. Recently, whether due to the weather or air pollution, I've been getting one or two larger blemishes that have been quite bothersome. The Neutrogena Cica Cleanser I tried produces a wonderfully rich and dense foam, making it easy to cleanse thoroughly, even in tricky areas like the sides of the nose. Given how thick and creamy the foam was, I worried it might leave my skin feeling too squeaky clean. However, it didn't at all, and after rinsing, I didn't experience any deep dryness. True to its gentle claims, it was kind to my sensitive skin without any irritation. Being a low pH product, I think even those with super sensitive skin like me can use it without worry. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing! It's a cleansing foam that works well for everyone!
