I've been using this product consistently for two weeks, and I'm quite satisfied. First off, the shampoo itself lathers nicely and feels gentle, so those with less damaged hair might find it sufficient for hair management on its own! Although my hair has been dyed multiple times and needs more than just shampoo, this product definitely stood out from others - there was no stiff feeling at all when using it! The scent was another pleasant surprise. I was worried it might be overpowering due to the menthol in the ingredients, but it's actually a very mild, almost unscented lemon fragrance. It's so subtle that it gets masked by conditioner scent, so I didn't find the fragrance off-putting at all. I also appreciate the transparent bottle - it's great to be able to see how much product is left! Usually, it's hard to tell with shampoos, but with this one, you can see everything clearly. This makes it convenient to use up every last drop when it's running low.
ConsThe downside, as mentioned in the positives, is that the gentle formula doesn't thoroughly remove scalp oils. It's similar to using a mild acidic foam cleanser - instead of feeling squeaky clean, it leaves your hair feeling soft and slightly slippery. Compared to other shampoos, oil builds up much faster, and there's a slight odor from the crown area. Despite being marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I was most disappointed by the lack of noticeable root strengthening or reduction in hair fall. I didn't see the effects I was hoping for, either on the first day of use or after two weeks. The amount of hair loss remained similar to before. While I didn't mind the fragrance, I found it a bit artificial. It would have been much better if they had used a more pleasant scent. The silver lining is that this artificial scent gets masked by the conditioner, which is somewhat of a relief.
TipSince the downsides outweighed the positives for me, I'm afraid I don't have many tips to share about this product.

Even if you don't love the scent, it dissipates quickly so it shouldn't be a major drawback! < Cleansing Effectiveness > Thanks to the hair-nourishing ingredients, my hair felt soft after use. < Scalp > This was the most satisfying aspect! Possibly due to the scalp-cleansing ingredients, I noticed a significant reduction in hair fall when drying my hair compared to before. It wasn't irritating to my scalp blemishes. In fact, these blemishes decreased. 👉🏻 Even with short-term use, I saw positive effects on scalp care. There was a noticeable decrease in hair fall and reduction in scalp blemishes.
Cons< Scent > While I liked the natural fragrance, it was disappointing that it disappeared so quickly after washing my hair. < Cleansing Effectiveness > Thanks to the hair-nourishing ingredients, my hair felt soft, but it didn't feel squeaky clean. Those who prefer that squeaky clean feeling should take note. < Lather Amount > As I have long hair, I had to pump it several times (5-6 pumps) for use. Also, the formula is quite runny, so I had to be careful not to spill it.
TipAs my hair grew longer and I got it permed, I noticed more hair fall than before. This was a great opportunity to try a hair loss prevention shampoo for the first time, and my family members were also very satisfied with it. (Photo note: The product arrived frozen due to the weather, unfortunately.)

It's not irritating, and after drying your hair, you can barely smell it unless you're up close - which is great. Cleansing effectiveness: While it doesn't give that intense cooling sensation on the scalp like other scalp care shampoos, it works well if you lather up and massage thoroughly before rinsing. As I have dry hair, I always needed conditioner for the ends, but with this shampoo, my hair feels silky smooth even after rinsing, as if I've used conditioner. It's amazing! Packaging: Among all the shampoos I've used, this is the first with a clear bottle. I love being able to see how much product is left, and it looks great too. The pump dispenses just the right amount. Other notes: While it's too early to tell if it's effective for hair loss, the price seems reasonable compared to other anti-hair loss shampoos.
ConsScalp cleansing power: Perhaps because it's a moisturizing shampoo that feels like it conditions as well, my scalp doesn't feel squeaky clean after use. It feels a bit strange, and I feel like I need to rinse more thoroughly.
TipThis shampoo would be excellent for those with both dry scalp and hair, and for those who find conditioning bothersome. For best results, thoroughly wet your hair with water and gently massage for about 3 minutes before shampooing. This makes the experience more refreshing and invigorating. Don't forget to massage while lathering the shampoo too - it makes it even better!
