The scent is pleasant and not too strong, which I appreciate. For a natural shampoo, it's not overly drying, which is great.
ConsThere's not really anything to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be the price. I'd probably buy it when it's on sale.
TipTo prevent dryness, I apply jojoba oil to the ends of my hair before shampooing. This helps protect and maintain the hair.

It reminded me of the fragrance you'd smell during a professional spa treatment. The lather was soft and rich, and my hair felt silky smooth after use. What I really appreciated was that it didn't leave my scalp feeling overly dry after rinsing. While it's only been two weeks, so I can't comment on its effectiveness for hair loss, I've definitely noticed a significant reduction in the itchiness I used to experience due to extreme dryness.
ConsWhile I found the slight oiliness after use beneficial for my dry scalp, those with oily hair might not appreciate the slick feeling (likely due to the oils in the formula). Other than that, I didn't notice any particular drawbacks.
TipA little goes a long way with this shampoo - it lathers up quickly. For the best results, I recommend working up a slight lather between your hands first, then distributing it evenly throughout your hair. This technique helps ensure you're cleansing thoroughly from root to tip.

My apologies! Scalp & hair type: Oily, sensitive scalp. In dry winter, it gets itchy quickly and becomes greasy with blemishes after just one day without washing. My hair hasn't thinned significantly, but it feels finer than before, so it needs some care. 1. Scent: Good. A friend who's sensitive to fragrances used it once and found it pleasant, suggesting it's a scent most people can enjoy. It has a subtle, fresh smell that I also found satisfying! 2. Cleansing effectiveness: Not bad. Unlike many natural or low pH shampoos that often lack lather, this one produces sufficient foam with just one pump. However, I noticed my hair became oily faster than expected. By afternoon, after using it in the morning, I could definitely feel the greasiness. This was consistent throughout the trial period, which was disappointing. 3. Texture: It's definitely thinner and more transparent than most shampoos. However, it has more viscosity than typical natural shampoos, which can be too runny. This made it easier to use without dripping. 4. Scalp irritation: Marketed as a gentle, low-irritation anti-hair loss shampoo, it was indeed suitable for my sensitive scalp. Unlike some products advertised as mild that end up causing irritation, this one was comfortable to use. It even helped soothe itchiness for a few hours after use. 5. Hair loss symptoms: It's difficult to see immediate effects on hair loss in such a short period (less than 2 weeks), as it's a complex issue that takes time to treat. However, unlike other anti-hair loss shampoos that can leave hair feeling stiff and tangled (which can seem to cause more hair loss), this one doesn't have that issue. It leaves hair so soft that you might not even need conditioner. But this could be related to the quick oil build-up I mentioned earlier. 7. Price: Considering the generally higher price range of anti-hair loss shampoos, I don't find this particularly expensive. It's comparable to other products in the same category.
ConsPros summary: Pleasant scent, soft hair after washing, gentle enough for sensitive scalps. Cons summary: Hair becomes oily faster than expected. While there's nothing particularly disappointing, it's a rather average anti-hair loss shampoo. If I had to pay full price, I might not be inclined to purchase it.
TipThis seems like a good evening shampoo for those with oily scalps who wash their hair twice a day!

After showering, it gives a refreshing sensation from head to toe, making you feel light and invigorated. Texture: The formula is extremely fluid. Unlike my previous shampoo that had a slight viscosity, this one is so runny it quickly rinses off while washing your hair. Packaging: The plastic bottle is pleasantly lightweight. For Dry Scalp: I highly recommend this for those with dry scalps! My combination skin turned extremely dry in winter, but this shampoo provided a cooling effect without making my scalp feel parched.
ConsFor Oily Scalp: Those with oily skin might want to use this sparingly. My sister, who has an oily scalp, felt it didn't cleanse well and seemed to increase oil production. To be honest, I can't fully endorse its cleansing effectiveness either. Functionality: I was thrilled when I won this anti-hair loss shampoo, as I've been experiencing frequent hair fall lately. However, the results didn't quite meet my expectations. I couldn't really notice any significant difference compared to other anti-hair loss shampoos I've tried.

I typically experience significant hair loss when washing. Cleansing Effectiveness: Despite my somewhat dry scalp and hair, it provides a clean yet moisturizing cleanse. During the 11 days of use, I didn't need a hair mask as there was no tangling, and rinsing was smooth. However, hair essence was still necessary after drying. Lather: Three pumps were enough to create a rich, soft foam, which I appreciated as it didn't require multiple pumps. Texture: It has a transparent, slightly runny consistency with a subtle orange and lavender scent and a cooling effect. The fragrance mostly dissipates after drying. Price: When I was single, I used René Furterer or salon-recommended shampoos, which seemed reasonable. After marriage, I've been looking for products with good ingredients and high discounts. I'd repurchase if it's on sale! Overall: With my fine and dry hair, I used only hair essence without treatment for ten days. Hair loss during washing and after drying noticeably decreased compared to initial use. Some users mentioned not seeing results due to short usage, but as someone who experiences significant hair loss, I noticed a considerable reduction (photos attached). I've also included photos of my husband's results. He usually loses a lot of hair overnight, but after ten days of use, there was significantly less hair loss.
ConsDuring the ten days of use after receiving the product, I didn't experience increased oiliness or blemishes. However, with daily use, my hair felt slightly drier. I also noticed some dead skin cells forming around my bangs.
TipAs expected from an anti-hair loss shampoo, the visible reduction in hair loss makes me want to repurchase. Rather than using it daily, it might be better to alternate with another shampoo for optimal results.

It lathers well. I usually use Aromatica Rosemary Shampoo, but this one lathers up much quicker and better, both in my hands and on my hair. I have long hair and typically use five pumps, but with this shampoo, two pumps are more than enough for a rich lather. It also cleanses oil effectively without over-drying, leaving my hair feeling fresh and clean. 2. Hair becomes softer with just shampooing I have some hair loss on my crown, so I avoid using conditioner or treatment for my scalp health, which usually leaves my hair a bit stiff. After using this shampoo, I noticed significantly less tangling. My mom tried it once and said it made her hair much softer compared to other shampoos. 3. The scent is mild and not overpowering It has a pleasant, refreshing citrus scent that's noticeable while shampooing but disappears after rinsing and drying your hair.
ConsAfter using this product, I seem to be getting small blemishes on my scalp.
TipThis might not be suitable for those with sensitivity to oils or oily scalps. It could be great for people with dry scalps.

Current condition: Scalp is between normal and oily, hair is dry and damaged from coloring and perming. Hair strands are thick, and while I have a lot of hair, it's gradually thinning. 1. Texture: Transparent and runny, but surprisingly lathers well. 2. Scent: As someone who believes scent is crucial for shampoo, I find it has a fresh, cool herbal scent while washing, but it doesn't linger after drying. Compared to other products, scalp odor and sebum smell seem to return quicker. 3. Feel: I used this shampoo alone without conditioner or treatment as recommended for hair loss prevention products. Extremely satisfied with how soft it left my hair - barely any stiffness! Noticeably less stiff than other shampoos even after drying, which seems to result in less hair fall. 4. Cleansing effectiveness: While most natural shampoos lack in cleansing power, the Dermatical Hair Loss Shampoo cleanses better, likely due to its good lather (compared to other natural shampoos). 5. Price: Considering most hair loss prevention shampoos are expensive, I find this reasonably priced.
Cons1. Perhaps due to its mild scent, scalp odor returns quickly, and the scalp gets oily faster compared to stronger cleansing shampoos. 2. Difficult to see effects on hair loss in a short period. (I'll update my review after continued use)
TipFor maximum hair loss prevention, try scalp scaling (1-2 minute oil massage) before shampooing - the results are amazing! (It cut my hair fall by half!)

Cons- While the rich texture means you can skip conditioner, it also feels less effective at cleansing. After washing, you can still feel some oiliness in your hair, so you need to massage the shampoo in for longer and rinse thoroughly from scalp to ends multiple times -> Otherwise, your hair might look greasy or your scalp might feel slightly itchy after a day (as if you hadn't washed it) - I couldn't clearly tell if it reduced hair loss, but it did seem to help a little - It's not particularly cheap I'd consider repurchasing if there was a discount or price reduction :)
TipFor some reason, not using conditioner seemed to cause a lot of static electricity In those cases, I found it helpful to spray some natural hair spray or anti-static solution and then dry my hair

Surprisingly, with this product, while I occasionally feel itchy, I never experience any flaking. Could this be due to the effect of salicylic acid on seborrheic dermatitis or panthenol's effect on dryness? Hair: With my previous natural shampoo, my hair would tangle, stick out, and become terribly dry. However, this product, perhaps due to its various oil ingredients and panthenol, keeps my hair very hydrated. On the downside, it can make hair a bit greasy, but this could actually complement other shampoos' shortcomings, making it useful for those who alternate between different shampoos. User experience: My usual products often felt too harsh, which was uncomfortable, but this one has a pleasantly cool sensation. It lathers extremely well and has excellent cleansing effectiveness.
ConsIngredients: Was it really necessary to include so many different oils? It's making me itchy... I've been using it for about 10 days, and while it's mild, I still experience occasional itching that makes me want to scratch for relief.
TipDue to the itchiness, I plan to use this in rotation with my existing product (Angel Lab Cica Shampoo Class) and monitor the results. This shampoo seems capable of addressing the shortcomings of typical anti-hair loss and gentle shampoos.

It has a consistency similar to saliva - quite runny. Scent: It has a refreshingly cool mint fragrance that makes washing your hair a pleasant experience. Scalp: As you wash your hair, you'll feel a cooling sensation on your scalp. For Dry Hair: If you have a dry scalp or are experiencing hair loss, this shampoo can help reduce scalp dryness. For Oily Hair: For those with oily hair, this shampoo might make your hair appear greasier and more limp.
ConsLather: It doesn't produce much foam, which can make you unsure if you're washing your hair properly. Rinsing: When rinsing at the end, it feels like it doesn't wash out completely, requiring multiple rinses (which is quite inconvenient). Not recommended for those with oily hair.
Tip...
