I've only used it twice, so I'll briefly share my initial thoughts and update later if needed. #Cleansing effectiveness: Despite the minimal lather and lack of rich foam, which made me skeptical at first, it surprisingly cleans well. However, after just two uses, I can't say for certain if this clean feeling is due to the citrus and herbal ingredients' cooling effect or actual deep cleansing. #Scent: A subtle citrus fragrance that fades after drying. Those who prefer strong or traditionally pleasant shampoo scents might not love it. #Hair texture: This is why I gave it two stars. As mentioned, I can't vouch for its cleansing power yet (see cons about scalp itchiness after one day). Most anti-hair loss shampoos (though that term is often misused) tend to leave hair stiff, but this one left my hair smooth and tangle-free from the moment I used it, possibly due to its oil content. It felt like I'd used a conditioner. While some users report their hair getting oily quickly, as someone with very dry, damaged hair, I appreciated this aspect.
ConsAfter winning the Hwahae Testers opportunity, I received the product 3 days ago due to a shipping error. I hesitated to review after just two uses, fearing I might provide inaccurate information. However, due to time constraints and my duty as a tester, I've written this brief review. It's understandable that checking such minor details might be challenging, but as testers, we're also consumers, and this aspect was a bit disappointing. #Lather: While many others mentioned abundant foam, I found it quite weak compared to my previous anti-hair loss shampoos. I needed to pump 4-5 times to get enough for a thorough scalp cleanse. #After use: Although it felt refreshing and cleansing during use, within a day, I noticed scalp itchiness and a subtle odor developing at the crown of my head.

It's really my type of fragrance! I'm not great at describing scents, but it has a refreshing lemon or citrus aroma! However, the scent doesn't seem to linger in the hair. Of course, my hair doesn't typically hold fragrances well, but the scent isn't strong enough to leave a lasting impression. It's gentle! I heard the ingredients were mild, and it really seems to be true. Usually, other shampoos can cause blemishes not only on my scalp but also on my neck, but the Dermatical Hair Loss Shampoo didn't cause any issues! There was a cooling effect when shampooing, which felt pleasantly cool without being irritating. Less hair fall! To be honest, I'm not sure if it's because of the shampoo, but I feel like I'm losing less hair. I noticed that the size of the clump of hair left on the floor after washing has decreased! However, writing a review for an anti-hair loss shampoo after only two weeks of use might not be very accurate, so I plan to use it for at least a month. The design is beautiful! Yes, it's really pretty. The bottle is quite attractive. It's not tacky at all, but modern, chic, and refreshing.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is a bit disappointing. At first, I thought the shampoo was moisturizing, but the more I use it, the more I feel its cleansing power is weak. Even though I only use shampoo and my hair feels soft, it seems to get oily a bit faster. I've stopped using conditioner or treatment lately. However, it should be fine if you wash your hair in the morning! The price is slightly burdensome. Considering the volume, it's a bit expensive for a shampoo.
TipIt's not exactly a pro tip, but since it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, I followed a hair-washing method that's good for preventing hair loss! The product instructions also mention gently massaging. I shampooed my scalp in circular motions using my fingertips, not nails, and did the same when rinsing. It definitely results in less hair fall!

Extremely oily! Fine hair! Thinning hair, sadly. Texture / Fragrance: Consistency like flowing water, reminiscent of diluted dish soap? There's a hint of an orange-like scent, but not quite. It wasn't unpleasant! Lather: With half a pump, it initially seemed to produce small bubbles that appeared to disappear, but with continued massaging, it transformed into a rich, dense lather! Experience: After rinsing, it felt so incredibly smooth that I wondered if I had used a treatment instead of shampoo. As someone who often skips conditioner or treatments out of laziness, this was a godsend. However, right after use, it made my already fine, straight hair extremely calm. Recommended for those with dry scalps, curly hair, or hair that falls out easily! Cleansing power: In terms of cleansing effectiveness, it wasn't bad compared to natural shampoos. The treatment-like slipperiness lingered, which my sister, who dislikes this feeling, tried once and didn't care for. Price: Honestly, for a natural anti-hair loss shampoo, I think this price is quite reasonable!
ConsAs if my oily scalp and thinning hair weren't enough, handfuls of precious strands falling out with every wash... ugh! For someone like me, this shampoo presented a dilemma: "Less oil but more hair loss?" or "Tons of oil but less hair loss?" As mentioned earlier, perhaps due to its treatment-like feel, my scalp was excessively oily all day long... The oil made my scalp itchy. Even though I kept using it, hoping it would improve since it's a natural shampoo, it didn't work out for my oily scalp. I can't recommend it for those with oily scalps... However, true to its merit as a natural anti-hair loss shampoo, it did reduce hair fall!
TipFor those who think the lather is weak with just half a pump, keep massaging! It transforms into a wonderfully rich and dense foam!!

Rinsing it out feels more like using a conditioner than a shampoo, it's so smooth. My hair feels silky and bouncy afterwards. I didn't notice any blemishes. Even though I have oily skin that gets greasy after just one day without washing, this left my scalp feeling fresh. I've been using it for about a week, so I'll need to keep observing for more detailed effects. I recently got a bob cut, and it seems like my hair might be growing faster too!
ConsThe consistency is quite runny, so you need to be quick to lather it up or it might all end up on the floor. Use it speedily! While I enjoyed the scent, I'm not sure how it would work for those sensitive to fragrances. It's a pleasant aroma though, so it should be fine. The price is a bit high for the amount you get, but I'm hoping continued use will improve my scalp and hair condition.
TipUsing a treatment or hair mask after shampooing makes your hair feel even silkier and bouncier, like it's being nourished. Consistent use should lead to improvements!

I really like the ingredients. The scent isn't overly sweet, but rather refreshing like lemon. Even with just one pump, it lathers well, making hair washing a pleasure. After washing, my hair didn't feel stiff at all.
ConsWhile my hair doesn't feel stiff after washing, it doesn't quite have that silky feel. Compared to my usual shampoo, I feel like the cleansing effectiveness might be a bit lower. I wouldn't recommend this for those with oily scalps that get greasy quickly.
TipI wish I could have used it longer to experience the hair-thickening effect before writing this review. The short usage period is a bit disappointing. Since they advertised that it can make fine hair thicker, I'll use up the whole bottle and leave another review.

Color and Scent: It has a light yellow hue. There's a subtle citrusy scent, reminiscent of oranges. I prefer this mild fragrance over stronger ones. 2. Lather: It's not the type that produces an abundant foam, but it lathers enough for a thorough hair wash. 3. Cleansing Effectiveness: The cleansing power is above average. My scalp tends to be quite oily, but since using this shampoo, it's been much less greasy. It gets top marks for that. 4. Price: The price is a bit... It's set in the $30 range, which is admittedly on the expensive side. If it were in the high teens or low twenties, that would have been ideal. Overall: I'm really impressed with its cleansing effectiveness. I was previously using K* shampoo, which left my hair feeling quite oily and uncomfortable. I've been using this shampoo for two weeks now, and I love how it keeps the grease at bay. The scent is pleasantly subtle too. Oh, and I had some red blemishes due to seborrheic dermatitis, but they've completely cleared up! If the price were just a bit lower, I'd be 90% certain to repurchase.
ConsI wouldn't recommend this for those with dry scalps or dandruff issues. The cleansing power seems a bit strong for that. Also, the price is a bit of a concern. If it were just a little more affordable, it would be perfect.
TipYou can massage your scalp worry-free while shampooing, as it doesn't leave any oily residue. For the conditioner, applying it just to the ends of your hair is enough to leave it feeling soft and smooth.

Although it's not my personal favorite, it's pleasant enough. Being a natural shampoo, the scent doesn't linger long and dissipates quickly after drying your hair. Lather: As someone with an oily scalp, it produces a moderate amount of foam, but it dissipates rather quickly. Due to my oily hair, I need to wash twice to feel thoroughly clean. Scalp: Recently, perhaps due to winter, I've been experiencing more dandruff and hair loss. However, after using this product, I've noticed a significant reduction in dandruff and less hair falling out. Hair loss symptom improvement: I want to update my thoughts on the hair loss symptoms! There's definitely been a noticeable improvement compared to before using this shampoo. Previously, I would lose handfuls of hair, but now it's reduced to a natural 5-10 strands. I'm 100% going to repurchase!
ConsAs someone with an oily scalp, I find that oil builds up quickly, even before a full day has passed. After use, my hair feels quite dry, so using a conditioner or treatment is absolutely essential!
TipIf you have an oily scalp, you'll need to shampoo at least twice to remove the excess oil. Otherwise, your hair will look as if you haven't washed it at all due to the oil buildup.

However, after using the Dermatical shampoo for two weeks, I've noticed less hair falling out. First off, it has a pleasant lemony scent. When you pump the shampoo into your hand, it's colorless but doesn't feel too thin. It lathers up well with just one scrub. I think if I continue using it, I'll definitely see results. Looks like I'll be spending less time cleaning up fallen hair...
ConsIt takes a bit longer to rinse out with water. The foam doesn't wash away easily, so the extended rinsing time is somewhat disappointing.
TipBecause it lathers so well, just two pumps are enough for a good cleanse. Also, it's neither too thin nor too thick, so it applies nicely to the scalp.

Our whole family tried this shampoo since it's for everyone. It's great to use on its own as it leaves hair soft even with just shampooing. My little brother, who doesn't use conditioner or treatments, now has silky smooth hair. I really recommend this for men. The scent is like yuzu? It's refreshing and cool, giving a nice cooling sensation to the scalp. It would be perfect to use in summer!
ConsThe quantity is a bit disappointing for the price. With one short-haired man and three long-haired women washing their hair daily, we've almost used it up in just two weeks. While it does leave hair moisturized after washing, for long hair it can feel a bit dry. Using conditioner or treatment makes it even drier and stiff, as if the hair is damaged. The ingredients don't seem to mix well with conditioning products. I've tried both conditioner and treatment, but using the shampoo alone works best. Not recommended for those with long hair. Also, it doesn't lather up well compared to the amount used.
TipFor those concerned about hair loss due to scalp issues, I recommend using this shampoo alone without conditioner or other products.

To be honest, it wasn't exactly my favorite fragrance, but I didn't dislike it either... haha The shampoo itself has a cooling sensation and lathers up really well! It also gives a feeling of thoroughly cleansing the scalp!
ConsI think it might be due to this shampoo, but I developed some blemishes on my scalp... I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence with the timing or if it was bound to happen anyway... It cleared up on the third day after using it for two days... But interestingly, my friend said it was great and left their scalp feeling clean!
TipI always start lathering the shampoo from about mid-length of my hair!! I've heard it's not good for the shampoo to directly touch the scalp right away! Using it this way seems to be less stressful on the scalp and works better for me!
