It would have been impossible to use it within the given timeframe, unless I had written a hasty, dishonest review. To avoid any disadvantages, I'm now starting my review. I'll skip unnecessary praise and just write about my honest experience, as I find that most helpful. 1. Pleasant fragrance The scent is fresh and lovely. I noticed this immediately when I opened the box of the broken product. It has a zesty, lemon-like aroma. 2. Packaging The opaque, simple case looks elegant and high-end. However, it seems fragile, like the product I received. More on this in the cons section. 3. Shampoo texture Despite being marketed as good for the scalp, it's surprisingly slippery and smooth. While shampooing, it feels like a treatment, with hair gliding easily between your fingers. It was a bit surprising... While it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling, you can tell it's probably good for your hair. 4. Scalp/hair loss prevention After use, my scalp felt clean and healthy, but it's hard to say for sure. Given the short usage period, it seems difficult to properly review its "scalp care/hair loss prevention" claims within that timeframe. The slippery texture makes me uncertain about its long-term scalp health benefits. Only time will tell. 5. Hair after shampooing As many have mentioned, the hair feels silky, which is nice. However, there's a slightly oily sensation, and the hair feels a bit limp, like seaweed. It reduces volume... I consider this a drawback. It would be ideal if it could make hair soft and bouncy while promoting scalp health.
Cons1. Shattered packaging The plastic part on top was completely broken upon arrival. As a result, I had a foamy, slippery party in my living room as soon as I received it. Sigh...... I gave the broken product to a friend who wanted to try it and help with the review, but it had leaked so much it was unusable. The packaging was the main issue. Wrapping it in just one layer obviously won't protect it from damage during shipping. I'm not sure if this is how they usually ship or if it's because it's for a review. This reflects poorly on the company's attitude. 2. Actually, most of the cons are hidden within the pros I mentioned earlier. In short, I question whether it fulfills its intended purpose. The biggest drawback is how it makes hair slippery and limp.
TipIf you're looking for hair loss prevention, I wouldn't particularly recommend this product. I'm quite interested in hair products and usually alternate between two or three different shampoos, but I probably wouldn't buy this one. However, the product itself isn't bad, and there seems to be room for improvement.

The scent is pleasant and not too strong, which I appreciate. For a natural shampoo, it's not overly drying, which is great.
ConsThere's not really anything to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be the price. I'd probably buy it when it's on sale.
TipTo prevent dryness, I apply jojoba oil to the ends of my hair before shampooing. This helps protect and maintain the hair.

I've only used it twice, so I'll briefly share my initial thoughts and update later if needed. #Cleansing effectiveness: Despite the minimal lather and lack of rich foam, which made me skeptical at first, it surprisingly cleans well. However, after just two uses, I can't say for certain if this clean feeling is due to the citrus and herbal ingredients' cooling effect or actual deep cleansing. #Scent: A subtle citrus fragrance that fades after drying. Those who prefer strong or traditionally pleasant shampoo scents might not love it. #Hair texture: This is why I gave it two stars. As mentioned, I can't vouch for its cleansing power yet (see cons about scalp itchiness after one day). Most anti-hair loss shampoos (though that term is often misused) tend to leave hair stiff, but this one left my hair smooth and tangle-free from the moment I used it, possibly due to its oil content. It felt like I'd used a conditioner. While some users report their hair getting oily quickly, as someone with very dry, damaged hair, I appreciated this aspect.
ConsAfter winning the Hwahae Testers opportunity, I received the product 3 days ago due to a shipping error. I hesitated to review after just two uses, fearing I might provide inaccurate information. However, due to time constraints and my duty as a tester, I've written this brief review. It's understandable that checking such minor details might be challenging, but as testers, we're also consumers, and this aspect was a bit disappointing. #Lather: While many others mentioned abundant foam, I found it quite weak compared to my previous anti-hair loss shampoos. I needed to pump 4-5 times to get enough for a thorough scalp cleanse. #After use: Although it felt refreshing and cleansing during use, within a day, I noticed scalp itchiness and a subtle odor developing at the crown of my head.

It's really my type of fragrance! I'm not great at describing scents, but it has a refreshing lemon or citrus aroma! However, the scent doesn't seem to linger in the hair. Of course, my hair doesn't typically hold fragrances well, but the scent isn't strong enough to leave a lasting impression. It's gentle! I heard the ingredients were mild, and it really seems to be true. Usually, other shampoos can cause blemishes not only on my scalp but also on my neck, but the Dermatical Hair Loss Shampoo didn't cause any issues! There was a cooling effect when shampooing, which felt pleasantly cool without being irritating. Less hair fall! To be honest, I'm not sure if it's because of the shampoo, but I feel like I'm losing less hair. I noticed that the size of the clump of hair left on the floor after washing has decreased! However, writing a review for an anti-hair loss shampoo after only two weeks of use might not be very accurate, so I plan to use it for at least a month. The design is beautiful! Yes, it's really pretty. The bottle is quite attractive. It's not tacky at all, but modern, chic, and refreshing.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is a bit disappointing. At first, I thought the shampoo was moisturizing, but the more I use it, the more I feel its cleansing power is weak. Even though I only use shampoo and my hair feels soft, it seems to get oily a bit faster. I've stopped using conditioner or treatment lately. However, it should be fine if you wash your hair in the morning! The price is slightly burdensome. Considering the volume, it's a bit expensive for a shampoo.
TipIt's not exactly a pro tip, but since it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, I followed a hair-washing method that's good for preventing hair loss! The product instructions also mention gently massaging. I shampooed my scalp in circular motions using my fingertips, not nails, and did the same when rinsing. It definitely results in less hair fall!

It reminded me of the fragrance you'd smell during a professional spa treatment. The lather was soft and rich, and my hair felt silky smooth after use. What I really appreciated was that it didn't leave my scalp feeling overly dry after rinsing. While it's only been two weeks, so I can't comment on its effectiveness for hair loss, I've definitely noticed a significant reduction in the itchiness I used to experience due to extreme dryness.
ConsWhile I found the slight oiliness after use beneficial for my dry scalp, those with oily hair might not appreciate the slick feeling (likely due to the oils in the formula). Other than that, I didn't notice any particular drawbacks.
TipA little goes a long way with this shampoo - it lathers up quickly. For the best results, I recommend working up a slight lather between your hands first, then distributing it evenly throughout your hair. This technique helps ensure you're cleansing thoroughly from root to tip.

A few months ago, my scalp started to get really itchy and I noticed a lot more dandruff. I think it's because I didn't take proper care of my scalp during autumn. So, I tried this shampoo hoping it would help alleviate the itchiness a bit. I'm not particularly picky about fragrances, but this one has a natural lavender scent, not artificial at all. What I liked about this shampoo is that I usually use a treatment almost daily because my hair gets a bit dry without it, even though it's not severely damaged. With this shampoo, I didn't need to use a treatment. While it didn't make my hair as soft as when I use a treatment, it did make my hair the softest among all the shampoos I've used so far. So, I skipped the treatment when using this shampoo. Also, and this might be a very subtle difference that I could be imagining, but I feel like the itchiness improved ever so slightly. Just a tiny bit.
ConsThe only downside, if I had to pick one, is that I wonder if they really needed to add quite so much oil to the formula.

Oil Removal I have a dry scalp, so it doesn't produce much oil. I tried this shampoo after not washing my hair for 3 days to let some oil build up. While it didn't dramatically strip away all the oil, it did a decent job of oil removal, especially considering it's an anti-hair loss shampoo. 2. Fragrance This might be a matter of personal preference, but when I first used it, it had a forest-like or herbal scent. As someone who values fragrance, I found this natural aroma quite pleasant. 3. Effect on Hair Unlike many silicone-based shampoos on the market that can damage hair, causing split ends and breakage, I noticed my hair felt slightly softer after using this shampoo alone without any conditioner or treatment. 4. Hair Loss Prevention It's too early to tell as I've only been using it for 2 weeks, but I think it might have some positive effects in the long run.
Cons1. The lid... I struggled for 20 minutes to open it! Please make it easier to open while keeping it secure, or perhaps consider a flip-top lid. 2. Oil build-up returned quickly - my hair felt oily just a day after washing, even though I have dry hair. I had higher expectations for an anti-hair loss shampoo, so this was a bit disappointing.
TipTo boost the effectiveness, I used a scalp brush while shampooing. It felt incredibly refreshing and gave me the sensation that all the impurities were being thoroughly cleansed!

My apologies! Scalp & hair type: Oily, sensitive scalp. In dry winter, it gets itchy quickly and becomes greasy with blemishes after just one day without washing. My hair hasn't thinned significantly, but it feels finer than before, so it needs some care. 1. Scent: Good. A friend who's sensitive to fragrances used it once and found it pleasant, suggesting it's a scent most people can enjoy. It has a subtle, fresh smell that I also found satisfying! 2. Cleansing effectiveness: Not bad. Unlike many natural or low pH shampoos that often lack lather, this one produces sufficient foam with just one pump. However, I noticed my hair became oily faster than expected. By afternoon, after using it in the morning, I could definitely feel the greasiness. This was consistent throughout the trial period, which was disappointing. 3. Texture: It's definitely thinner and more transparent than most shampoos. However, it has more viscosity than typical natural shampoos, which can be too runny. This made it easier to use without dripping. 4. Scalp irritation: Marketed as a gentle, low-irritation anti-hair loss shampoo, it was indeed suitable for my sensitive scalp. Unlike some products advertised as mild that end up causing irritation, this one was comfortable to use. It even helped soothe itchiness for a few hours after use. 5. Hair loss symptoms: It's difficult to see immediate effects on hair loss in such a short period (less than 2 weeks), as it's a complex issue that takes time to treat. However, unlike other anti-hair loss shampoos that can leave hair feeling stiff and tangled (which can seem to cause more hair loss), this one doesn't have that issue. It leaves hair so soft that you might not even need conditioner. But this could be related to the quick oil build-up I mentioned earlier. 7. Price: Considering the generally higher price range of anti-hair loss shampoos, I don't find this particularly expensive. It's comparable to other products in the same category.
ConsPros summary: Pleasant scent, soft hair after washing, gentle enough for sensitive scalps. Cons summary: Hair becomes oily faster than expected. While there's nothing particularly disappointing, it's a rather average anti-hair loss shampoo. If I had to pay full price, I might not be inclined to purchase it.
TipThis seems like a good evening shampoo for those with oily scalps who wash their hair twice a day!

The packaging was beautiful, and the fragrance was pleasant. I enjoyed the scent every time I washed my hair, which lifted my mood. After washing, my hair felt more manageable.
ConsI washed my hair every morning for two weeks. It was fine until I got to work, but as the end of the day approached, my hair started to feel greasy. One day, while pumping the product, the pump suddenly broke off. After that, I couldn't use it anymore.

Extremely oily! Fine hair! Thinning hair, sadly. Texture / Fragrance: Consistency like flowing water, reminiscent of diluted dish soap? There's a hint of an orange-like scent, but not quite. It wasn't unpleasant! Lather: With half a pump, it initially seemed to produce small bubbles that appeared to disappear, but with continued massaging, it transformed into a rich, dense lather! Experience: After rinsing, it felt so incredibly smooth that I wondered if I had used a treatment instead of shampoo. As someone who often skips conditioner or treatments out of laziness, this was a godsend. However, right after use, it made my already fine, straight hair extremely calm. Recommended for those with dry scalps, curly hair, or hair that falls out easily! Cleansing power: In terms of cleansing effectiveness, it wasn't bad compared to natural shampoos. The treatment-like slipperiness lingered, which my sister, who dislikes this feeling, tried once and didn't care for. Price: Honestly, for a natural anti-hair loss shampoo, I think this price is quite reasonable!
ConsAs if my oily scalp and thinning hair weren't enough, handfuls of precious strands falling out with every wash... ugh! For someone like me, this shampoo presented a dilemma: "Less oil but more hair loss?" or "Tons of oil but less hair loss?" As mentioned earlier, perhaps due to its treatment-like feel, my scalp was excessively oily all day long... The oil made my scalp itchy. Even though I kept using it, hoping it would improve since it's a natural shampoo, it didn't work out for my oily scalp. I can't recommend it for those with oily scalps... However, true to its merit as a natural anti-hair loss shampoo, it did reduce hair fall!
TipFor those who think the lather is weak with just half a pump, keep massaging! It transforms into a wonderfully rich and dense foam!!
