Often, when applying cream as the final step in skincare, I would wake up the next day with small pimples. But with this product, I don't get any breakouts the next day! The finish is also clean, without feeling greasy or oily. The tube packaging is also hygienic to use.
Cons
The product feels good to use and doesn't cause any troubles, so there's nothing disappointing about it.

It has a smooth application and good moisturizing properties, so a small amount is enough. It absorbs quickly and leaves a hydrated feel.
Cons
I used it for 4 days. (Itchiness level 0.1 ~ 1) 1/1: After first use in the evening, there was 0.1 level of itchiness. 1/2: In the morning, I noticed two small blemishes, and after morning use, there was 0.3 level of itchiness. The evening use was fine. 1/3: In the morning, I noticed one blemish, and after morning use, there was 0.1 level of itchiness. After evening use, I felt a warming sensation and irritation on my face. 1/4: In the morning, I noticed one blemish, and after morning use, I felt a warming sensation and irritation on my face, and when I looked in the mirror, my entire face had turned beet red. It calmed down quickly. There was also 0.3 level of itchiness. On days 3 and 4, I felt that my skin was not agreeing with the product. Small blemishes kept appearing, making my skin texture uneven, and when I applied it, I felt a slight irritation that would then turn into a burning sensation after a while, which was concerning.

The texture is smooth, and the fragrance doesn't seem to be particularly bothersome.
Cons
There was a bit of an itchy feeling when I applied it, and I'm not sure if this caused any breakouts, but I did develop about three blemishes on my skin.

I've used this product more than 5 times. In many cases, I only used this cream, and in the winter, this cream along with an ampoule was sufficient.
Cons
It's quite heavy and oily for summer use. I dilute it with toner or apply it in small amounts.

When suffering from stress-induced sensitive atopic dermatitis, I purchased this from Olive Young. The cream formula is clear and refreshing, making it easy to use. It has good spreadability and absorption. It was fine to apply even when my skin was very sensitive. The fragrance is also good. I was able to apply it without any trouble or breakouts.
Cons
There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to think of something, it might not be enough for dry skin types if used alone.
Tip
Rather than using it alone, it would be better to use it after applying a skin toner to supplement moisture.

I've always been using this product alone, to the point where I don't even know how many bottles I've gone through. I have severe hormonal breakouts and my skin is so sensitive that I usually get breakouts whenever I change skincare products, but this product didn't cause any breakouts from the very first use. I've tried 'gentle' products and 'acne-prone skin' products before, and I always needed at least 1-2 weeks to get used to them.. but this product has always worked really well for me.
Cons
It's a bit drying to use in the winter. If I apply a lot, it gets too oily, but if I use just a little, it feels a bit dry, so I use a different product in the winter.
Tip
I'm using the entire Acnes Derma Relief line and it's gentle and great!

The perfect cream for acne-prone skin, with just the right amount of moisturization for oily skin
Cons
When I wake up, my entire face is shiny with excess oil

I used to regularly visit the dermatology clinic for a year and was finally able to recover my skin to a normal (?) level. I used to only use dermatologist-recommended products, but now that my skin has stabilized, I just need to do a little management for the occasional breakouts. Since I basically have acne-prone skin, I tend to look for gentle and soothing products. However, since I have combination skin, if I apply the wrong cosmetics, my skin can get extremely oily or develop a lot of flaky dead skin. So I've tried all sorts of products and have been using different ones for each season, but couldn't really settle on anything until now. This product was one that I had tried before but stopped using because it felt too moisturizing. But I think my skin type has changed a bit as I've aged, and using this along with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar line, it's been working well even in the summer. And with consistent long-term use, it seems to have a calming effect on my acne scars and redness. It's almost like gently applying Madecassol every day and seeing a gradual improvement. (But don't expect dramatic results.) This product is not really recommended for oily skin, but is good for combination+sensitive skin types. If you have dry skin, you might need to use it with another moisturizer so it doesn't feel too drying. It feels moisturizing when you apply it, but can get a bit drying after a while. Anyway, since this has become a staple in my routine, I really hope it doesn't get discontinued.
Cons
The reason I took off one star is that even though it's suitable for combination skin, over time it can still cause some oiliness. Since it's a cream, it has a slightly heavier feel compared to a lotion, and if you don't apply it thinly, it can feel a bit sticky. For those who tend to have a lot of oil buildup, I'd recommend applying it thinly.
Tip
Order of application: La Roche-Posay Effaclar K+ Lotion > La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo > Dermalief Cream This is the order I always use, and I've found it to work well for me! Just for your reference.

I went to Lohbs and bought this product on a whim after being told to use it after getting a dermatological laser treatment and applying a recovery cream. I wish I had bought more. After the laser treatment, I had intense itching and severe acne breakouts, but using this cream for about a month really helped calm my skin and improve its condition - I'm not sure if it was due to the laser or the cream, but my skin got significantly better. I highly recommend this! If it works well for you, I suggest stocking up when it's on sale. I could easily buy 10 of them! The scent is refreshing and better than unscented products. It's a rich cream formula that absorbs beautifully into the skin. I have combination skin.
Cons
Upon checking the ingredients, I found that there are some acne-triggering components, but I personally didn't have any major issues. The sale price is relatively affordable, but it would be even better if the product size was larger or the regular price was lower. Skincare products are so expensive these days.
