It doesn't cause any darkening and the shade 1.5 makes the complexion look bright and natural, making me reach for it often. However, when I need a more polished makeup look, I use a foundation.
ConsYou should apply sunscreen. Using it without sunscreen may make the expression look prettier.
TipThe standout feature of this product is that it applies well even with a casual application!

You'll understand then. Yes, I've only used cheap foundations so far, but I finally gathered the courage to buy an expensive one, and it's not just an expensive product for no reason. Ah, I'm going to stick with it. Thank you, Jomen🙏🏻 ✔️It applies thinly ✔️It has good coverage, but those with a lot of trouble spots will need a concealer ✔️It has a semi-matte formula ✔️It looks pretty when applied with the hands, but the combination with a sponge is great ✔️It has a slightly yellow tone, so please keep that in mind ✔️If you usually use shade 21, shade 1.5 will likely suit you well ✔️It has good staying power ✔️Even when wearing a mask, only the areas that touch the mask peel off, and the rest stays well
ConsThere isn't any yet. If any issues come up while using it, I'll come back and write about them.
TipIt's so much better when applied with a sponge than with the hands. That thin, smooth application feeling is just so good ㅠㅠ I love it.

It's just barely there, not fully applied. The color is also not very bright. There's almost no tone-up effect, just a bit of skin texture improvement. Compared to other foundation shades, it doesn't seem too dark, but the thin application means the tone-up effect isn't strong. For those with just redness and no major blemishes, this could work well naturally. As someone with a lot of blemishes, I ended up applying another foundation or cushion on top. There was a bit of a yellow tone to it, and while it had a dewy, water droplet look when first applied, it became more powdery overall when spread out. I bought this based on a YouTuber's recommendation, but it doesn't seem to have much benefit for me. Even with thin application, having to layer it makes it problematic. And without any UV protection, there's really no point in using it.
ConsLacks coverage... Only recommended for those who really want an extremely natural look or have great skin already. It's the kind of foundation you'd wear when visiting your parents, haha.

It applies quite smoothly and thinly. It's somewhere between a foundation and a BB cream. Since I have dry, very thin skin with a lot of fine lines, it felt like it filled in the fine lines well after applying it. There's no dryness either. I debated between shades 1.5 and 3, and I think I made a good choice. I have around 19 shade skin with redness, so I usually avoid pink-toned shades, but I chose 1.5 as it's a bit brighter. In reality, 1.5 is close to a neutral tone. It's an ivory color leaning towards yellow, which I actually like.
ConsIt's not as moisturizing as I expected. After applying it, it finishes with a powdery feel (applied by hand). It's not dry or anything, but it might be difficult to expect a glowy or that kind of finish.

It appears pale next to a yellow-toned skin and slightly yellowish on a reddish skin, with a slightly olive-toned complexion. Although I didn't use foundation much due to lack of skills, this foundation is easy to use even without special application skills. Despite the low coverage, it fills in the pores quite well and doesn't get messy in the pores over time. It applies thinly and lightly, with no uneven texture. It's not very darkening and has good lasting power. If you wear a mask for a long time, it does fade a bit, but it doesn't break down messily and just seems to disappear slightly. The mask transfer is also less than other products. I bought both shade 3 and 1.5, and 3 is great for those who like a natural look (22 skin tone), while 1.5 is recommended for those who like a bright, radiant look (21 skin tone). I prefer the radiant look, so I use 1.5. The clear, luminous shade doesn't interfere with the color of the color cosmetics, so the makeup looks nice on top. When squeezed onto the hand, it has a yellow tone and looks the lightest, but on the face, it's different. (Close to dry combination skin) The semi-matte formula doesn't feel drying. Most importantly, it doesn't cause any breakouts, so I'm using it really well. I hope the product doesn't get discontinued or reformulated, as it's exactly what I wanted.
ConsIt doesn't contain any UV protection ingredients, so you need to apply sunscreen properly.
TipI'm using it with the Fillimilli wedge sponge sold at Olive Young, and I feel they work well together. I apply it thinly first, then just dab on a bit more in areas that need more coverage. If the makeup seems to fade a little after wearing a mask for a long time, just gently pat it and it's fine.

It finishes with a natural glow, similar to the amount of sunscreen applied.
ConsFirst of all, I have a combination skin type that leans more towards dry. Throughout my life, I've tried drugstore products as well as high-end foundation brands from department stores, and their main lines. Since my skin is naturally resilient, I was able to use most products without any issues. However, after using this foundation for just two days, my entire skin condition flipped for the first time in my life. It wasn't just breakouts, but my whole face became itchy, blotchy, and the pores became rough and uneven, like small bumps all over. After stopping use and only applying a moisturizing cream for three days, my skin calmed down. I had used Armani products like Lasting Silk and Power Fabric without any problems before, so I used this one without worry. But what happened... There were no changes to my skincare routine, and the moment I stopped using this foundation, my skin improved, so the issue can only be attributed to this product. Looking at the ingredients, there doesn't seem to be anything particularly bad, but I'm not sure what the problem is. + In the past, I had a similar itchy, blotchy reaction when using the Skinfood Propolis Ampoule, so those who didn't get along with that product should be cautious as well.
TipAside from the skin reaction after using it, just looking at the makeup itself, the foundation helps create a good base and when applied with a damp cushion puff and setting spray, it gives a natural, glowing finish, similar to having just sunscreen on good skin (I bought the 1.5 shade as I usually use 23 in summer and 21 in winter, and it matched well). It doesn't cover redness and blemishes much, but it has a blurring effect on pores and blackheads. I used a hydrating skincare routine, then applied Guerlain Lingerie de Peau as a base, followed by the cushion puff with MAC Fix+ and the Neo Nude foundation, only powdering the mask-contact areas with Make Up For Ever powder. If you don't want the glow, you can just do the skincare, use an oil-controlling base, and apply the foundation by gently patting it on with your fingers instead of using a damp puff. + When you first open the tube, the product will keep oozing out even without squeezing, so before use, flip the tube upside down and gently tap the opposite end to push the excess back in.

I really dislike heavy makeup, but this worked out perfectly for me haha
ConsI don't have a lot of blemishes on my skin, so I didn't feel a huge difference, but the coverage doesn't seem incredibly strong! As described, it's very light and thin in texture haha And it's a bit on the yellow side, which is a shame since I prefer a pink base

The Lasting Silk has more of a yellow undertone and the tone is a little darker. - It's very lightweight, almost like it's not even there. - It's easy to apply with your fingers in a smooth, seamless way, and the formula has a moisturizing, lotion-like texture. - The finish is slightly powdery, but it doesn't feel dry or tight at all. - There's no flaking or patchiness, and the skin looks beautiful. The coverage isn't as heavy as foundation, but it does a good job of concealing visible blackheads. I bought this product because the prescription ointment I was using was causing a lot of peeling, and the foundations I was using before (Lasting Silk, Tint & Darling, Future List) were accentuating the uneven skin texture. I wanted to try a lightweight formula that wouldn't look cakey, and this seems to be a good option.
Cons- It doesn't have any sun protection. I was hoping to use this on its own for a light finish, but now I'll have to apply sunscreen too. *The ingredient list does contain titanium dioxide, which provides sun protection, but the product doesn't claim to have any SPF. - The coverage is somewhere between a tinted sunscreen and a foundation. If you're expecting full coverage like a foundation, you may be disappointed.
TipAdditional note: It's better to apply this with your fingers rather than a puff or brush. The coverage and application are more seamless when using your hands.
