I've tried a sample of the Goodbye Redness Centella Cream before, and I needed a cleansing powder, so I decided to buy this. I was hesitant because the powder particles were said to be very fine and the opening was large. Personally, I prefer powder types with slightly larger granules. Still, I bought it because I use powder cleansers for morning cleansing rather than deep cleansing, and this one is gentle. The fine particles cleanse deeply into the pores without irritation, which I love. They included a stick as gratis, which is perfect for travel!
ConsThere's quite a bit of excess powder that can get messy, and it's a bit tricky to use in a humid bathroom. I've been transferring small amounts into a separate container to use. The powder tends to fly away quickly, so you need to wet your hands first before scooping it out to use.

The biggest advantage is that it contains hyaluronic acid, which removes excess oil while leaving my skin hydrated after cleansing. On days when I wear makeup, I do a first cleanse with oil, followed by the Centella Powder Wash, which thoroughly removes any remaining oil for a perfectly clean finish! This gentle product is great for use on freshly emerged blemishes or healing acne spots without causing irritation! What I love most is that the first step of my skincare routine - cleansing - now includes soothing ingredients like cica and calamine, which are excellent for acne-prone skin! While the price might seem a bit high, you only need a small amount per use, so it lasts a long time. Compared to other powder washes on the market, I find it reasonably priced and I'm very satisfied! That's why I'm 200% certain I'll be repurchasing this product!
ConsJust be careful when using it, as the powder can sometimes get into your nose if it becomes airborne!
TipI love creating rich lather, so I use a bubble maker. Since it's a powder, it can slip through your fingers when you try to lather it up by hand, so I highly recommend using a bubble maker! You can get one at Daiso for just a dollar - it's totally worth it! Using the foam to massage your face while cleansing helps with dead skin cell removal and allows for a gentler cleanse.

Be careful not to inhale it when examining closely...haha! Don't bring it too close to your nose, folks. It's as fine as the powder on tiramisu, so you might sneeze if it gets in your nose or mouth Compared to other powder cleansers, it lathers well! Unlike previous powder cleansers that barely lathered, making me wonder if I was actually cleansing, Benton's powder wash creates a good amount of foam. I enjoyed massaging it on my face while cleansing - it really feels like it's working! Removes oil effectively As someone with combination skin whose T-zone becomes an oil slick even without makeup, my skin feels refreshingly matte after cleansing Regarding blemishes: I had some on my forehead before using this product, but they disappeared while using it
ConsDifficult to control the amount of product It can be surprising when too much pours out at once If you use too much, the powder clumps!? When there's excess powder, it tends to clump up before lathering when water is added. To avoid this, you need to control the amount well! Not sure about dead skin cell removal... After cleansing, I'm unsure if dead skin cells were removed. My skin texture still felt quite rough. I think this aspect might vary more from person to person
TipTo make dosing a bit easier, try tilting the container and gently tapping it with your hand! For the right amount of foam, rub your hands together before cleansing! Focus on blemish-prone areas for a second round - it really helps them heal faster!!! Give it a try!

It made washing my face fun every time, and creating foam daily from the powder made the cleansing process far from boring. The powder is soft but has coarse particles, so it doesn't fly around. I really liked that! At first, I was skeptical about how well it would dissolve, but when I dampened it slightly and gently rubbed, bubbles formed instantly. It might even be better than gel or emulsion-type cleansers. Quick Method Summary: Dispense powder > Slightly dampen > Gently rub palms together > Continue until powder granules disappear > Once foam forms, begin cleansing What I Loved: First off, I was satisfied that it wasn't irritating. I have super sensitive skin, so I'm very picky when choosing cosmetics and tend to research reviews extensively. This product is gentle and mild, which I really appreciated. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight, and it leaves a smooth finish. I love that, and the hydration seems to last until the next day. While using this, my sebum production noticeably decreased! I've been stressed about excess oil and tried various products, but nothing had such a visible effect until now. Even after using it for a short time, I can see the difference. It's a product I look forward to using every time. I definitely plan to repurchase!
ConsRoom for Improvement: Since it's a powder that dissolves in water, I felt a bit uneasy using it during showers. I was worried water might get into the bottle. So, I only used it when washing my face separately and not while showering. It would be great if this aspect could be improved.
TipMy Personal Tip: The powder can come out in a rush, so I recommend gently tapping it out for use. When I first used it, a sudden large amount came out that I couldn't control, which was a bit troublesome.

Though Benton was a new brand for me, I decided to try it after hearing it contained ingredients good for blemishes. The powder particles are slightly coarse rather than fine, with a light pink tint. It wasn't irritating, and after use, my blemishes seemed to calm down a bit. Post-cleanse, my skin felt soft and looked brighter without any deep dryness. Being a powder type, it seems like it will last for a long time.
ConsIt's on the pricier side, so I'll have to think about repurchasing after I've used it all up. You need to slowly dissolve it with water, and it doesn't produce much foam. The cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong.

Especially during the sweltering summer, I was going through a tough time with my skin. So, I had high hopes trying this product with centella and calamine powder, known to be good for troubled skin! Compared to my previous powder wash, the wider opening makes it easier to dispense the product. It's not just bigger, but the spout is elongated horizontally to match the container shape. This design allows easy product dispensing while making it difficult for external elements to get in - a feature I really appreciate! The product has a light pink color from the calamine powder, and the texture is slightly gritty rather than super fine. Right after use, my face looked brighter, and it seemed to calm my blemishes a bit. Most notably, my skin felt incredibly smooth post-cleanse, showing a definite dead skin cell removal effect. I also liked that my skin didn't dry out quickly after patting it dry.
ConsWhen mixing the powder with water, it doesn't dissolve completely at once, leaving some clumps that need time to dissolve. I'm not sure if this is due to the exfoliating ingredients or if it's just the calamine powder being difficult to dissolve. Also, it's a low-foam type, so if you prefer a rich, creamy lather, you might find the cleansing experience a bit lacking. Personally, I use a lot of natural products, and I've noticed they generally don't produce much foam.
TipRather than using it daily, it might be better to use this 2-3 times a week or when you're experiencing breakouts.

After using it, I found the color to be a soft pink, and the enzyme powder felt incredibly fine and silky! It's said to be mildly acidic with no artificial colorants. With just a tiny bit of water, it dissolved instantly and created a rich lather! As someone with super sensitive skin, I was pleased to find it gentle and non-irritating. It even contains hyaluronic acid for added hydration!
ConsMy face didn't feel tight at all after use, so there's absolutely nothing I dislike about this product.

First and foremost, it's gentle enough for my sensitive skin that's undergoing laser treatments. I was worried the powder wash might be a bit harsh, but when it comes in contact with water, it creates an incredibly soft lather. During cleansing, I didn't feel any tingling or roughness at all! It also has an exfoliating effect. Despite the soft lather, I didn't expect much in terms of dead skin cell removal. However, I could feel my skin becoming smoother and the dead skin cells being removed more effectively compared to when I used my previous cleansing foam.
ConsDue to its fine particles, there's a lot of excess powder that becomes airborne. I carelessly removed the seal without thinking, and it led to a coughing fit.
TipBecause of the airborne powder, you need to hold your breath when first opening it!

While it contains fatty acids, there are no oil-based components. It seems suitable even for those with super sensitive skin. The presence of calamine gives it a pink hue. Calamine is known to help soothe the skin. Using a foam net creates a rich, abundant lather. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and it has less of that slippery feeling typical of slightly acidic products.
ConsWhile the product works hard, I feel the value for money could be better. It would be great if they occasionally offered discounts.

Recently, with the weather getting warmer and my skin producing more sebum, I tried this product while my face was covered in blemishes! 1. First Impression: It's a powder type with a pinkish hue, and the scent is somewhat like flour? Nothing off-putting. I've always wanted to try a powder cleanser, so I was lucky to get the chance! 2. How to Use: I used about a coin-sized amount mixed with water. It lathered up better than I expected. In the evening, I used oil + cleansing foam + 'Benton Powder Wash'. In the morning, just the Benton Powder Wash. 3. Experience: Surprisingly gentle with no irritation. It dissolved easily, making cleansing a breeze. The ingredients are great, and its low pH feel was perfect for morning cleansing! 4. Skin Condition: It didn't cause more breakouts or irritation. After use, my skin felt refreshed and clean, just like after using a foam cleanser! It was effective enough to wash away the overnight oil in the morning. The Centella ingredient gave me a subtle soothing sensation. I'll need to use it more to be sure, but I plan to keep using this for my morning cleanse!
ConsI don't have any particular complaints! If I had to nitpick, the packaging is a bit inconvenient to use.
TipIt might work well mixed with a bit of cleansing foam too!
