However, I can barely tell if I've applied it or not. I think YSL tint products just don't suit my lips. They keep causing my dead skin cells to peel, my lips to swell, itch, and even develop blisters. It's a nightmare! At first, I thought it couldn't be the cause, but on days I don't use it, my lips are fine. It's only on days when I apply makeup and reapply the tint several times that I have issues. I've had to spend days trying to calm my lips down.

This Yves Saint Laurent tint is perfect for adding a pop of color even without other makeup. If you have particularly dry lips, applying it over a lip balm works wonderfully too. One layer naturally blends with your lip color, while two or three layers create a stunning, vibrant red lip look. It seems to be a shade that complements a wide range of skin tones.

The staying power is quite weak... About two-thirds of it comes off after just one meal, haha. But I'm actually happy about that because I want to use it up quickly and get to the empty bottle.

I think this could be a versatile basic item suitable for any complexion. It doesn't leak and feels sturdy. No pink staining, which is great! The quantity seems generous... almost too much. I'm starting to get a bit bored and want to try something else now.

As mentioned in other reviews, this doesn't taste good. Of course, we're not supposed to eat it, but you inevitably ingest some when it's on your lips. It has an unpleasant, bitter taste that you definitely don't want to consume. Also, the black line in the middle of the case is a small detail, but it's bothersome and unattractive. I wonder why they designed it that way.

The color is absolutely gorgeous! When you first open the case, it might seem too red, but if you apply just a bit and blend it out, you get a subtle pink tint that creates a beautiful lip look. The formula is incredibly fluid yet slightly viscous, and the pigmentation is outstanding. Just be sure to control the amount you apply!

I found the prettiest way to use 612 was to apply a light base color first, then use just a small amount of 612 for a gradient effect. It paired beautifully with Hera Spicy Nude Balm in Moody!

For those like me who don't typically wear or suit red lips, the color payoff might be too intense and overwhelming.

I'm not sure why I bought this color, as I usually avoid deep reds that don't suit me well!

It's a warm red shade! Not overly orange-toned, but more of a classic red feel. Cool-toned folks might find it a bit warm for their liking.

The formula is truly excellent. It creates a beautiful water-like film that's hydrating, so it looks good even when your lips aren't in the best condition. It also blends beautifully, so I highly recommend it for those who can pull off this shade!
