Addictive unisex fragrance. Excellent choice for couples' perfume. Nothing particularly disappointing, and the longevity is quite good. - jd*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedJan 14, 2025
Review after 4 months of use This is NCT Haechan's go-to fragrance! Personally, I think the scent is quite polarizing. Since it's a celebrity favorite, I didn't have high expectations when I went to test it, and my first impression wasn't particularly striking. About 4 days after testing, I smelled the test strip again and was really impressed by the subtle lingering scent, which led me to purchase it that very day. Longevity The longevity is truly excellent, with the fragrance lasting for a remarkably long time. Even a week later, you can still detect the scent on outerwear sprayed with Orphéon. Orphéon's lingering scent is fantastic. While the initial scent is strong, the dry-down is where it really shines. The opening is woody and powdery, but as it settles, you get subtle notes of jasmine, a clean soapy scent, and a powdery fragrance! It's suitable for all seasons, but wearing it in winter can really enhance a sophisticated image. The scent is unisex, making it versatile for both men and women to wear comfortably. It seems to be a fragrance that people either love or hate. Some friends say it's truly a great scent, while others mention it smells like men's aftershave. - ha******Oily SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 6, 2025
It really suited my taste. If you're a fan of Aesop Rose but not so keen on the overall tone of Jo Malone fragrances, give this a try. My perfume buying method is: smell it and love it -> test it on skin -> go eat before the scent fades (important... but choose a place a bit far or go home) -> if it's not nauseating or irritating during the meal, I'll buy it No downsides yet... but it definitely won't suit summer. Also, I didn't realize before buying, but now it seems like the whole world is wearing Orphéon. The tricky part is it smells different on men and women... so check if anyone at work or around you is already using it before you buy - by*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedSep 11, 2024
A sophisticated fragrance that lingers, reminiscent of an elegant career woman. The exquisite scent has impressive staying power. No complaints about the product's performance. The only drawback is the somewhat hefty price tag. - so*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 19, 2024
The famous luxury perfume It is a fact that Diptyque is a very famous luxury perfume brand. The scent (personal preference) First of all, the scent is a woody-based perfume. I visited many perfume counters at the department store, tried on various scents, and carefully collected all the scented paper strips to compare them until the end. This was the perfume I eventually purchased. When I first sprayed it, I could smell three notes: wood, perfume, and a unique alcohol-mixed skin lotion note that is often associated with men's products. Because of the alcohol-mixed skin lotion note, I initially thought this was more of a masculine scent. However, the decisive reason I purchased this perfume was that as time passed, the perfume note became more prominent, and the lingering scent was exactly my style. As someone who prefers a perfume that is not too heavy and does not irritate the head or nose, this was the perfect choice for me. Gender-neutral scent This seems to be a gender-neutral scent that both men and women can wear. As mentioned earlier, it has the unique alcohol-mixed skin lotion note associated with men's products, as well as the perfume note, making it ambiguous in terms of gender. Simple yet luxurious design The Diptyque perfume has a simple case design with the brand's unique logo, but to me, the simple yet inherently luxurious feel is more appealing than a flashy design. Unique packaging box It was a bit tricky to open the box to take out the perfume. I'm not sure if it's because this was my first time purchasing this brand, but the box seems to open in a very unique way. This was a fresh and fun experience for me. The box design is also quite pretty. Enjoyable hidden details If you look at the back of the perfume bottle, each one has a different engraved image, which is a nice little detail that I enjoy. Great longevity I've tried many other perfumes, but this one has amazing longevity. One application lasts all day, and if you don't wash the clothes you sprayed it on, the lingering scent remains. The price is quite burdensome. While it has many advantages, the price cannot be ignored. Unless you really feel that the fragrance is exceptional, it may not be a bad idea to purchase a fragrance with good value for money and that suits your personal preference. For those who do not have a strong preference for fragrances or do not wish to pay a high price for a perfume, this fragrance may not be particularly distinctive. If you do not like neutral, woody, perfume-like, or the typical alcohol-mixed skin lotion scents favored by men, then this fragrance may not be for you. Personally, if the price were not so burdensome, I would consider repurchasing this fragrance. Tip1. It is recommended to purchase a small container and carry it separately, so that you can spray it when the fragrance becomes weaker. (The product container is made of glass, so it is not recommended to carry it around as it may be heavy and prone to breaking.) Tip2. One of the ways to prolong the longevity of a perfume is to spray it on your clothes rather than your skin. On the days when you spray it on your clothes, the fragrance will linger subtly even after going out all day, and when you wear the same clothes the next day, the fragrance will still be present. - sn****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 1, 2024
I'm absolutely in love with this! I used to prefer feminine fragrances, but now I only wear this one... My boyfriend's taste in scents led me to try it as a gift, even though it wasn't my style initially. Suddenly, I fell head over heels for it, and now I use it more than he does. Ever since I started wearing it, people keep asking what fragrance I'm wearing because it smells so good. The price? Well, what can you do when it's this good? If you're traveling abroad, especially to Europe, you can probably find it at duty-free shops for around $160. You can use this as a base and layer lighter scents on top depending on your mood, creating a different fragrance every day. I usually combine it with a body mist, and when I go out with that combination, people often ask about my perfume. - jh******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 9, 2024
It has a sophisticated department store scent that's quite unisex. Personally, I think the initial juniper berry note is an absolute stroke of genius. Being an eau de parfum, it can give me a bit of a headache on sensitive days. The longevity is quite good, which might be a love-it-or-hate-it factor for some. Probably not suitable for those in their early 20s! Recommended for men and women in their late 20s to 30s, and fragrance connoisseurs. Not recommended for fragrance newbies. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 9, 2024
This was my first Diptyque fragrance, and I find it to be a pleasantly heavy scent for men. As time passes, it develops into a soapy aroma with a subtle bitter undertone. It's not overly infantile, but rather a sophisticated, slightly weighty soap scent. Perfect for those who appreciate a more mature fragrance. This is my first time trying a Diptyque product, and it's great for men to wear. I can't really think of any downsides. - eo*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 4, 2024
It has a masculine scent with a subtle powdery note. The fragrance isn't as heavy as you might expect, but rather a refreshing powdery scent. Those who don't like unisex fragrances might not appreciate this one. - ac*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedAug 10, 2023
At first, it has a spicy yet refreshing scent with a unisex feel. When I wore it to work, many colleagues asked about the product because they loved it so much! The lingering fragrance is especially delightful. The areas where I applied it feel a bit itchy. Also, it tends to be a polarizing scent that people either love or hate.
