I'm not sure if they're all this thin, but it looked incredibly fluid and moisturizing. As a student, I wanted a shade that wasn't too bright, and it matched my complexion perfectly! I thought the thin, hydrating formula wouldn't be matte, but when I applied it to my skin, it actually had a somewhat matte finish. It felt a bit dry for my dry skin type. These days, with mask-wearing, my makeup often looks cakey, but this one doesn't. There's minimal transfer, and the staying power seems pretty good!
ConsIt's a shame it's too dry for those with dry skin.

It's not super soft, but applies with a firm, matte finish. It dries quickly, leaving a powdery feel. Those who prefer hydrating products might not like it, but if you're into matte finishes, this could be great for daily use. 2. Color It's a light shade 21. Might be too bright for those who use shade 22 or in between. 3. Scent No noticeable smell. 4. Breakdown There's some pilling when touching up. I usually wipe off the broken-down parts and reapply. 5. Sweat It's a bit heavy for summer use. I tend to sweat a lot on my face, and compared to other long-lasting products, this seems to fade more easily. It doesn't exactly run, more like it disappears. I wouldn't recommend it for those who sweat a lot on their face, but it does have some water-resistant properties that protect against splashes. Might be good for water activities if you don't sweat much.
ConsAs mentioned above, it's quite light for my shade 22 skin. Other than that, it doesn't cause blemishes and seems pretty decent overall. Those with dry skin might feel some deep dryness.
TipIt applies well even when patted on with a puff. Since it sets quickly, you need to work fast for a nice application! If you have dry skin and want to use this product, make sure to prep your skin thoroughly with a solid skincare routine beforehand. When first applied, there's a slight glow, but after a while, the glow fades and it becomes matte, so you probably won't need to use powder.

The product description said it was a medium tone with medium brightness, so I thought it would be a neutral tone 22, but it wasn't. - It's closer to matte than semi-matte. Might be too dry for those with dry skin. - Applies cakey if layered thick. At first, I unknowingly applied it thick with a puff and it looked patchy. However, when I used a brush to apply it thinly, it looked beautiful and natural on the skin. - The staying power is good. After some time, oil does come through on the nose, but it doesn't break down in an unsightly way.
ConsIt's quite matte. While it's fine for oily skin, it might be too dry for winter use. When applied with fingers, it can settle into fine lines.
TipI think using a brush gives a prettier skin finish than a puff. It applies thinly and looks great.

Even after going out in the morning and coming back in the evening, there was hardly any darkening. I didn't even need to touch up my makeup. I have combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone, but this product kept oil production down more than other products I've used.
ConsWhile the brightening effect lasts a long time, it doesn't cover blemishes or acne scars very well. It might also be too dry for winter use. As time passes, you can feel the dryness, and the makeup starts to slightly separate. Still, I'm very satisfied with how long the radiant effect lasts.
TipSince it can feel a bit drying, I recommend hydrating your face well before applying makeup. I layer on hydration with two layers of toner, followed by serum and a moisturizer. After that, I apply a thin layer of foundation, patting it in gently. Finally, I lightly dust on some powder. This method helps the makeup last longer and reduces transfer onto masks.

It's not too heavy, yet it has great adherence! Personally, I prefer slightly matte foundations over glowy ones, and this foundation is just the right level of semi-matte, clinging perfectly to the skin. Despite being matte, it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells or make skin texture look worse. I wore it from morning to evening, and surprisingly, there was no noticeable flaking or cracking. (I think this is because I thoroughly moisturized during my skincare routine before applying the foundation.) The coverage is also quite good. I mainly use foundation to even out my complexion and cover redness, and this one does the job without looking cakey. The color is a nice ivory shade, neither too red nor too yellow, making it look beautiful on the skin. I was worried the vanilla color might look too yellow, but that wasn't an issue at all... However, it did make my skin look slightly brighter than my natural tone. As for longevity, it's average. Having used Estée Lauder Double Wear before, this one doesn't last quite as long, but it's not bad. When I wore it from morning to evening without touch-ups, oil only appeared in my T-zone.
ConsI wish there was a wider range of shades available to choose from. Also, people with dry skin might find it a bit drying.
TipA little goes a long way in evening out your complexion, so rather than applying a thick layer, try building it up thinly for better adherence and longer wear. Since it's a matte type, it can be drying, so make sure to moisturize well in your skincare routine before applying the foundation!

The thin, fluid texture applies lightly, so it's better to build up layers rather than trying to achieve full coverage in one go. Here's a tip: use a puff for areas that need more adherence, and a brush for areas like the nose that need more coverage (opposite of other foundations, right?). Application: When I first squeezed it onto the back of my hand, I thought it might be a dewy foundation due to its fluidity. But as soon as I applied it with a puff... it adheres perfectly to the skin! However, this also means it can be quite drying. Longevity: It's incredible... I worked a 4-hour shift, sweating and talking a lot, but except for the bridge of my nose, everything stayed flawless! Most importantly, wow... I have extremely oily skin, but when I pressed an oil blotting sheet to my face in the evening after applying the foundation in the morning... no oil came off! However, it can be quite drying, so you might need to apply a moisturizing cream in your skincare routine. Ingredients: Ever since I had a bad reaction to the Moonshot cushion, I always check ingredients carefully. Weightless has great ingredients, and I didn't get any blemishes at all. I'm so impressed! And my face doesn't itch at all! I had been struggling with itchiness while using Givenchy foundation, even though it didn't cause breakouts... but with Weightless, there's no discomfort at all! (For reference, my skin is currently extremely sensitive due to acne medication!) The first photo shows my mask after work in the evening! The second photo compares the color with my Givenchy foundation in shade 23!
ConsDryness: As I have very oily but dehydrated skin, I felt a slight tightness! At first, I tried applying a soothing cream underneath due to the dryness, but it caused the foundation to separate. However, using an emulsion with some oil content worked well! I think using a nourishing sheet mask the night before would also help! Coverage: It seems like foundations with good ingredients always have limitations in coverage. The texture is very thin, and while it has a yellow base, there's an ivory undertone that makes covering redness a bit challenging.
TipFor those using shade 23, if you buy Weightless in W01, you can use it as a highlighter for great results! Especially on the T-zone! It controls oil and gives a highlighting effect! (Not recommended for dry skin types!)
