The shade 21 matches perfectly, and I'm really satisfied with the color, how well it sticks to the skin, and the ingredients. It's great that it doesn't easily wash off when it gets wet. It even holds up well when wearing a mask and going about your day.
ConsThe coverage isn't particularly high... I used to use Banila Co. products, and this feels a step lower in coverage. But honestly, if you don't have severe blemishes or dark spots, this could be absolutely amazing.
TipDon't mix it with other products!

Cons🔆 It's more hydrating than expected, so you need to wait for it to set to its matte finish before layering, otherwise it won't build up. 🔆 Unfortunately, it doesn't really cover blemishes. 🔆 If you have oily skin, it can transfer easily unless you're very thorough with powder, especially around the eyes.
Tip✨ Gently patting it on with a puff gives a beautiful finish! ✨ I'm thrilled that even after setting with powder, it still gives a lovely skin-like finish

At first, it looked whiter than my skin tone, making me feel like a ghost, but it adjusted to match my complexion over time. It fades gracefully throughout the day. As time passed, only the nose area transferred slightly onto my mask due to oil production, while the rest of my face stayed put. Great adherence!
ConsDespite being called 'weightless', and while it does apply lightly, the coverage isn't particularly strong. As I have a rounded nose bridge, it tends to settle into the creases around my nostrils.

However, this one wasn't as matte as I expected! It's like having hydration on the inside with a subtle matte finish on the outside. The fluid texture makes it feel lightweight on the skin, perfect for building thin layers. While the formula is crucial, isn't it great when the packaging is beautiful too? I loved how sleek and pretty the product case is! I tested it by wearing it outside, and it didn't transfer much onto my mask or wear off unattractively due to sweat. I was quite impressed with its staying power! I have redness issues, and this seemed to do a decent job of evening out my complexion.
ConsIt doesn't dramatically cover pores or conceal blemishes, which was a bit disappointing. There's also some settling into the fine lines around my nose. This could be due to my application technique, but compared to other products I'm currently using, it's noticeable enough to bother me.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin like mine, I recommend paying extra attention to your skincare routine for a beautiful complexion! Also, instead of using this product alone, you might want to apply your usual foundation first, then lightly layer this on areas with redness or other concerns for added coverage.

Great for those who prefer a matte finish 2. Less likely to transfer onto masks. I wore it for about two hours with a mask on, and there were no traces of foundation in the mask creases, except for areas like the nose bridge and prominent cheekbones. 3. Bright, radiant color. Even though it's shade 23, when applied in the right amount, it initially seems to look white but then adjusts to a complexion that's half a shade lighter than your natural skin tone - quite impressive! 4. Decent absorption. Being matte, it doesn't feel sticky at all.
ConsCons: 1. Tends to settle into creases. It clumps up and appears white in areas with contours. Upon closer inspection, it also settles into areas with blemishes. 2. Layering is problematic. Each layer seems to make the foundation clump and look cakey, forcing you to apply it thinly, which in turn reduces its coverage. 3. Despite being a matte formula, it lacks that desired powdery finish. You'll need to use a setting powder.
TipThis foundation would likely work wonderfully for someone with flawless skin in peak condition. While the shade and radiance of the foundation are truly impressive, overall, the product left me wanting in several aspects.

I have combination dehydrated skin with a lot of redness, while my mother has very dry skin. Texture: - Mother: Initially worried about the matte finish, but found it moisturizing underneath without feeling tight. - Me: Not completely matte, but definitely more matte on the surface while hydrating underneath. Unlike drier products, this one didn't cause my makeup to look patchy. Application: Loves how thinly it applies. Doesn't feel heavy even under a mask. Great for layering. Transfer: - Mother: Absolutely no transfer to the mask, even when rubbing. Perfect foundation for the current situation. - Me: Some minimal transfer, possibly due to oil production over time. Still, significantly less transfer compared to other products. Barely noticeable on a white mask. Longevity: - Mother: Held up decently for 12 hours under a mask. - Me: Remained visible even after sweating while walking outside. Scent: Unscented, which is pleasant and not overwhelming.
ConsDespite all these great points, the coverage isn't particularly strong, likely due to how thinly it applies. Rather than concealing blemishes, it seems to work more on evening out the overall complexion for a brighter look. You could layer it over problem areas, but I didn't feel the need to do so, especially when wearing a mask. I think it's sufficient for tone correction.
TipIn my case, I finished with powder. The fact that I could use powder without it becoming dry speaks to the product's quality. If you want an even more matte look, I'd recommend using powder on top!

No irritation or blemishes after application. * Perfect tone I was surprised when I first applied it to the back of my hand - it looked a bit yellow! But after applying it to my face, I was relieved to see it matched my complexion well. It's not too bright or dark, just right. I'm shade 21. * Decent staying power On a hot, sunny day (not scorching), when I came home after being outside, there was a bit of shine from oil, but otherwise it held up well. * Excellent adherence I deliberately included a photo wearing a mask - as you can see, it's clean except for a slight mark where the mask touches the nose. Pretty good for these mask-wearing times. However, the strong adherence means it's very matte and dry. I have combination dehydrated skin, so those with dry skin might find it too drying. No pilling or sliding, but it might be different if applied over oily skin or without proper hydration, even though it's not winter.
Cons* Coverage is questionable... I was hoping for good coverage as I have dark spots around my eyes, blemish marks, and freckles, but it wasn't great. It's more for evening out skin tone.
TipI'm planning to mix this matte foundation with a rich cream to see how it works.

Application: I tried applying it with hands, brush, and puff - the application isn't bad at all. It spreads evenly and smoothly. 2. Lightweight: After application, there's no heavy feeling on the face. No itchiness or heaviness, making it comfortable for the skin. 3. Adherence: Though it applies smoothly, I thought it might come off easily. But once applied, it feels like it adheres well to the skin. Compared to my usual foundation, it doesn't transfer onto masks as much. 4. Color (W01 Vanilla): I have a light neck and usually use shade 21. The vanilla color looks light yet beautiful on the face. This was one of my favorite aspects of the product. Some shade 21 products can make your face look unnaturally pale, but this foundation looks natural while brightening the complexion.
Cons1. Pore-clogging: When applying with a brush and patting with a puff, you can see the product settling into pores right away. While foundation is supposed to go into pores to some extent, it didn't do a great job of concealing my numerous pores. 2. Slightly weak staying power for very oily skin: I had high hopes because it claimed to be long-lasting, but after applying at 9 AM, by 3 PM my nose area was shiny with oil. Fortunately, it didn't break down badly - areas like the forehead and between the brows had more of a dewy look, but for the nose and cheeks, a primer seems necessary. 3. Coverage: It only slightly covers freckles and blemishes.
TipFor those with large pores and oily skin, using a primer before application would likely improve results.

Even after going out in the morning and coming back in the evening, there was hardly any darkening. I didn't even need to touch up my makeup. I have combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone, but this product kept oil production down more than other products I've used.
ConsWhile the brightening effect lasts a long time, it doesn't cover blemishes or acne scars very well. It might also be too dry for winter use. As time passes, you can feel the dryness, and the makeup starts to slightly separate. Still, I'm very satisfied with how long the radiant effect lasts.
TipSince it can feel a bit drying, I recommend hydrating your face well before applying makeup. I layer on hydration with two layers of toner, followed by serum and a moisturizer. After that, I apply a thin layer of foundation, patting it in gently. Finally, I lightly dust on some powder. This method helps the makeup last longer and reduces transfer onto masks.

Appearance🟡 Clean design with plastic packaging Price🟡 27,000 won for 30ml is reasonable Great value when on sale Shade🟡 Bright shade 21. It's not a floating ghost-like color, but a natural ivory tone that beautifully brightens the complexion Coverage🟡 I'd rate it medium on a scale of low to high Not too high or too low, just right (The texture is thin, so it doesn't build up much. I'm not an expert, so I might not be entirely accurate!) Skin appearance🟡 At first, I was shocked because it made me look like a pale ghost, but after a short while, it became more natural I think it looks prettiest when some time has passed and my skin's natural oils blend with it! Longevity🟡 The texture is bouncy, so there was no darkening! As a student, I have to be out for long hours, study, and can't touch up my makeup easily. Longevity and no darkening are crucial, and this product excelled in both! I tested it on a Saturday during exam period. I left for academy at 1 PM and returned just after 10 PM. Despite wearing a mask all day at the academy, there wasn't much transfer, and it didn't rub off or smudge Coverage: Medium Longevity: Medium-high Mask transfer: Minimal Skin finish: Semi-matte Thickness: Slightly thick Darkening: None Shade: Pretty Overall review Unfortunately, I don't recommend this product Given the current situation, we wear masks daily, which makes our skin sensitive. The ingredients aren't great either... There's some creasing, and it feels thick for its coverage. With so many good skincare products available these days for mask-wearing, I think it's better to spend 27,000 won or even less on a better product than this one.
ConsI'm not sure if it's my lack of skill... There was some creasing... I was surprised to see creasing shortly after application. Even patting with a puff didn't help, so I had to remove it and reapply a thinner layer, which was better! Also, while the coverage isn't high, it feels a bit thick? That was disappointing too.
TipDue to its thickness, about half a pump should be enough!
