As a coconut scent lover, I really enjoyed the fragrance. It effectively controlled oil in the T-zone and removed dead skin cells, making those pesky little bumps disappear!
ConsThe cleansing power might be too strong for sensitive or dry skin types. While it cleared up the small bumps in my T-zone, I noticed some blemishes appearing on my dry cheek area. It doesn't seem to have any soothing effects on inflammatory acne.
TipIt might be a bit of a hassle, but I think it's worth cleansing the T-zone and cheek areas separately. Use a gentle, low pH cleanser for the cheeks and a charcoal soap for the T-zone!

Checking the ingredients, I found coconut and shea butter. The fragrance is lovely, and using a foam net creates a rich, creamy lather. As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I was amazed to find it works well for me despite some negative reviews. After use, my skin doesn't feel dry, but it's not particularly moisturized either. Since it doesn't trigger any blemishes, I'm happily continuing to use it.
ConsFor a charcoal soap, it would be better if it contained more charcoal. It's a bit disappointing that it includes some ingredients known to cause blemishes. I'm slightly concerned about potential breakouts.
TipWhen you work up a generous lather using a foam net and apply it to your face, the foam becomes increasingly rich and creamy as you cleanse.

The price is incredibly affordable. It completely eliminates excess oil, so I'd recommend it for summer use.
ConsIt's too drying to use on the face. Might be better as a body soap for areas prone to blemishes.

It's too drying and I'm getting a lot of blemishes.
ConsI have dry skin, and I really think Sidmool is a company for oily skin types. Thankfully, I received this as a gratis item, so at least I didn't waste money... After using it, I keep getting small bumps on my skin.

Cons.....It causes blemishes.. Usually, products with charcoal target oily or combination skin, but shea butter too? That's odd.... Isn't shea butter typically found in more moisturizing lines? The combination of charcoal and shea butter seems like a mistake.... I get blemishes from shea butter and stearic acid, and to think they're in this charcoal soap. Even though I have oily skin, it's incredibly drying right after use. The deep dryness is no joke. Other products weren't this bad.. ......Thankfully it was gratis. I'd be really upset if I had paid for this..
TipThose whose skin reacts to shea butter with blemishes should avoid using this. I'll be using it as a cleaning rag.

My friend says it's decent, but for me, it was terrible.
ConsMy skin reacted badly immediately after using it once. My face felt a burning sensation, the area around my mouth became sore, and I developed eczema. I can feel my skin has become more sensitive. It was given as a free sample, but I really can't forgive this. Thanks to this, my skin is a mess, and I'm going crazy with the constant itching.
TipSidmool, please stop bundling products like this. You've only managed to ruin my skin.

You can wash your entire face with just a small amount of foam. It came as a gratis item.
ConsAfter using it at night, the next morning my skin became red and small blemishes started to appear. I thought it might be okay and continued using it for 3 more days, but that was a huge mistake. It actually made more blemishes appear... sigh. What am I going to do with my skin now?

Strangely, Paula's Choice made my skin tingle, but this one feels clean without any irritation, which I really like.
ConsEven considering how problematic my skin has been lately, after double cleansing with this, I woke up the next day with two pustular blemishes on my cheeks and two near my philtrum. After checking the ingredients... I think I'll use this for my hands and feet instead.

Instead, I've been using it as a body wash. Even during this season with drastic temperature changes, my body skin doesn't feel dry, and I think it's staying moisturized thanks to this soap. I'm too lazy to apply body emulsion separately... Anyway, I'm very satisfied with it as a body product!
ConsIt might cause blemishes if used on the face! Especially those tiny, millet-like pimples... However, it might be suitable for facial use in winter. Consider your skin type carefully before deciding to use it.

As expected from Sidmool's natural soap, it lathers up nicely. After massaging the foam on my face and rinsing, my skin felt smooth and squeaky clean, giving me the impression that it effectively removed sebum!
ConsFirst off, the smell... I don't usually complain about scents, but this soap - even with added fragrance - would have been better off without it. The scent is somewhat cloying? It's so strong that I can smell it every time I wash my face, even when it's just sitting in the soap holder. While my skin felt smooth, it also gifted me with blemishes. Luckily, they weren't pustular, just small bumps that suddenly appeared, suggesting it was quite irritating. Those with sensitive skin, be cautious! Also, the cleansing power might be too strong - after washing, my face feels squeaky clean in an odd way... like my skin barrier has been compromised. But that's just my personal feeling.
TipFortunately, I only applied the foam to areas with excess sebum production, not my entire face, which helped prevent a full-blown reaction! For first-time users, I'd recommend focusing on areas prone to oiliness like the nose, chin, and forehead, rather than the whole face. If that works well, then you can consider using it all over.
