  I have combination skin prone to blemishes, and I've been using this product for about a year. I bought it when retinol products were all the rage, as it was recommended as a good entry-level option. I'm now on my second bottle. When I first started using it, I applied it in this order: toner -> serum -> Retinol Shot -> Innisfree ampoule. The next day, my skin looked absolutely flawless! However, now that I'm on my second bottle, I think my skin has adapted to the retinol, and I'm not seeing as dramatic results anymore.

  It feels a bit rich on the skin, and with frequent use, I'm not sure if I'm seeing any effects. Also, when my skin is in poor condition, it can cause a tingling sensation when applied.

  The product has a rich texture. Since you shouldn't expose your skin to sunlight after applying retinol, I only use it in the evening and not on a daily basis.

  Pros

  I finished a bottle of my usual 0.015% retinol serum and decided to try something different. I got a sample of the Innisfree serum with the same concentration and gave it a shot... haha

  Cons

  U-zone: The next day, both of my cheeks were incredibly red. Red blemishes popped up here and there... Ugh. It claims to have cica ingredients, but it didn't seem to have any soothing effect at all. This really didn't work for me. Make sure to patch test before using it fully. T-zone: My previous serum was great at controlling sebum, but with this one, my skin was just as oily the next day. Apart from making my skin sensitive, I'm not even sure if it had any positive effects.

  I don't think Innisfree's basic skincare line agrees with me... As expected, this one doesn't work well for me either. After applying this product, my entire face started burning and developed blisters. My skin peeled and turned red... But despite that, this product is so rich that it also caused acne breakouts and a milia party.

  Cons

  This product is too irritating and rich for those with super sensitive skin. It seems more suitable for people with resilient skin.
