  Pros

  Great for combination and oily skin types during fall and winter! It's less sticky than expected and absorbs well into the skin!

  Cons

  There's a very slight carrot scent. You'll notice it if you sniff closely. Not recommended if you're extremely sensitive to fragrances. Also, while it doesn't leave a heavy residue, there is a very slight feeling left on the skin.

  Tip

  Seems perfect for adding a light layer of hydration to your skin.

  - Gives a radiant, healthy complexion - Excellent soothing effect - Hydrating and absorbs well

  Cons

  It has a slightly liquid-like texture, but that's not a problem! Great for calming the skin, and even with my super sensitive skin, I'm using it without any blemishes.

  Tip

  It works even better when used together with the carrot ampoule and pads. Feels like it brightens up my skin tone.

  This came as a small gift-with-purchase item, and I liked it so much that I bought it from Olive Young and have been using it ever since. It has a fluid texture and excellent absorbency!! When applied, it leaves a dewy finish on the face.

  Cons

  The small freebie that came was a bit watery, but this one is a bit more fluid in its formulation.

  Apply the ampoule once more while using the toner pad or pack.

  After using the carrot pads, I heard the ampoule was good too, so I wanted to try it out. I bought it and found that it smells exactly like the toner in the carrot pads, and the hydration seems similar as well. ✔️Texture First off, it's an ampoule but with a thin consistency, making it great for smoothing out skin texture right after cleansing. It's lightweight, but packs a punch of hydration, which helps makeup apply beautifully. It absorbs well into the skin and seems like it would be better for winter than summer. ✔️Hydration When you put the carrot pads on your skin, it feels incredibly moisturized. But this ampoule takes it a step further - when you apply it, you can feel the moisture being deeply absorbed into your skin. If you layer it thinly twice, it creates a perfect base for makeup and feels amazing. ✨Overall Review✨ I have dry and sensitive skin, but I've never experienced any blemishes with this product. It also has a calming effect, making it a perfect match for me. The entire carrot line is generally gentle and non-irritating, making this ampoule an ideal basic item for anyone to use. It's become a staple in my daily skincare routine!

  While the carrot pads stay on for 5 minutes, allowing for better moisture absorption, with the ampoule you need to pat it in completely for the best hydration results.

  Pros

  I have acne-prone skin with redness and deep dryness all at once. I started using the sample effector that comes with the carrot pads I buy daily, and it was so soothing that I ended up purchasing the full-size product. It's incredibly lightweight with excellent absorption, making it perfect to apply before acne ointments or tea tree oil. This effector seems suitable for all skin types, but I especially recommend it for oily, combination, and combination dehydrated skin. The texture and scent are unlikely to be polarizing.

  Cons

  I couldn't find any drawbacks with this product. The Skinfood carrot series is truly impressive.

  Tip

  I often use it to reduce skin heat, so I always keep it in the refrigerator and take it out when I need to apply it. Using it cold not only helps reduce skin irritation but also feels refreshing.

  It's gentle and absorbs quickly. For combination dehydrated skin, when it's really dry, it's great to layer it twice. I love how it doesn't feel sticky, absorbs cleanly, and provides excellent hydration.

  As it's an ampoule, it's a bit disappointing that it becomes hard to dispense with the dropper when you're nearing the end of the product.

  It goes on quite thick, but after application it feels bouncy, moisturizing, and absorbs lightly. It has that same hydrating sensation as the Skinfood Carrot Pads. When you apply makeup after using this effector, it adheres beautifully.

  Cons

  There wasn't anything particularly disappointing, but in summer it might feel a bit sticky and heavy, which could be a drawback.
