The carrot pads I've been using are great, and I heard the ampoule is also good, so I wanted to try it out and bought it. It's lightweight, but the moisture is charged up strongly, so my makeup applies well. I'm not really the type to prefer heavy ampoules since I have sensitive skin. This ampoule feels light and also helps with internal dryness, so I've been using it really well.

This skin has acne-prone skin, redness, and dehydration simultaneously. I've been using the sample effector that comes with the carrot pads I buy every day, and it seems to be very soothing, so I've even purchased the full-size product to use.🥰 It's a very lightweight type with good absorbency, so it's great for applying effectors and then layering acne ointments or tea tree oil, etc. ㅎㅎㅎ It doesn't seem to be an effector that's specific to any skin type, so I think it's good for all skin types. I repurchased the Hwahae Ampoule, which helps soothe and hydrate the skin, after buying the Hwahae Pads. In the winter, my skin felt extremely dry, so when I applied the base makeup, it would look flaky. That's why I used this ampoule and repurchased it. While the Hwahae Pads provided a 3:3:3 balance of hydration, soothing, and moisturization, this Hwahae Ampoule felt more focused on hydration, followed by moisturization and soothing. It's not an exceptional product, but it's one that I reach for when I need it. The texture is not heavy and feels refreshing. Oily skin types can use it alone, but drier skin types may need to apply a moisturizer on top. I've used it throughout the year, mixing it with other products or using it on its own. Since I always finish my skincare routine with sunscreen, applying just this ampoule and a hydrating sunscreen was enough to prevent dryness and breakouts. It has a slight medicinal scent, but it dissipates quickly.

I started with the Hwahae pad and the Hwahae toner and ampoule all work well for me. I'm satisfied with the formulation and as a dry-skinned person, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and it helps address the dryness after cleansing, so I enjoy using the ampoule.

It's gentle and absorbs quickly. Although it's a bit greasy, when my skin is very dry, applying it in two layers works well. It doesn't feel sticky and absorbs cleanly while providing good moisture.
