The thick ointment-like cream is highly recommended for dry skin due to its rich oil content. Despite being oily, it doesn't feel sticky and creates a protective barrier that prevents moisture loss. I didn't experience any deep dryness after applying this cream. As a regenerating cream, it's gentle and effective in reducing redness. I was initially concerned it might feel heavy on my combination dehydrated skin, but using it in winter, it wasn't as heavy as I expected. However, after a few days of use, I noticed some blemishes appearing, so I changed my application method. I mixed the cream with toner to create a more fluid essence-like consistency. By focusing on hydration during the toner and essence steps, then applying a thin layer of this cream as a moisture-sealing barrier, I achieved great results - it addressed deep dryness and prevented blemishes. I was very satisfied with this approach. Possibly due to its pore-blocking ingredients, I experienced a few small blemishes, which led me to stop using it as directed. However, it was so effective at combating deep dryness that I modified my usage method. Despite this, I won't repurchase it and plan to find a winter cream that doesn't cause blemishes without needing to be mixed with toner. As mentioned above, if you mix the cream with toner to create an essence-like consistency and apply it in a thin layer, it prevents blemishes and effectively combats dryness. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinJan 17, 2025
I've been alternating between different creams depending on my skin condition, and this product has a rich, thick texture when applied. It creates a protective layer on the skin, making it feel comfortable! One 2ml sachet was enough for both my husband and me to share. When I bought the full-size product at the pharmacy, they generously gave me a ton of 2ml samples as a bonus - I was thrilled! I mainly apply it before bed, and by morning my skin feels soft and hydrated - it's fantastic! I think those with dry skin types will love this, and for combination dehydrated skin, it's great for the U-zone! Even though I have combination skin leaning towards oily, it worked well all over my face. The small size might be a drawback - it's only 50ml. I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types due to ingredients that could potentially clog pores. For best results, start with a toner and hydrating serum to create a moisturized base, then finish with this cream - works great! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 29, 2024
The rich, ointment-like texture provides exceptional hydration that feels like applying a healing balm I've never experienced an allergic reaction to any cosmetic before, but after using this product just once, I woke up the next morning with my face swollen from an allergic reaction - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMay 24, 2024

- It's a rich, regenerative cream with a thick consistency. - I started using this after a pharmacist recommended it when I was struggling with cold sores. It's been so effective that I've continued using it ever since. It's gentle and seems suitable for applying around inflamed areas. - After applying this cream two or three times around my mouth, I noticed that the marks from removed moles healed much faster compared to other parts of my face! There's nothing particularly negative to mention. I don't find the thick consistency uncomfortable, so I'm using it without any issues. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 24, 2024
The rich texture is perfect for dry skin! It applies smoothly and provides excellent hydration. The texture is quite thick, so if you don't have dry skin, you might want to test it first. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 3, 2024

I decided to try this product from a pharmaceutical company, trusting its quality. It has a thick ointment-like texture, but it absorbs well and has a nice rich feel that's great for dry skin. I've been using it when my skin is super sensitive since it's known to be soothing, and I'm happy to report I've been using it without any blemishes appearing. Due to the fermented ingredients, I felt a slight burning sensation when applying it, but it didn't cause any blemishes. Those with sensitivity to fermented ingredients should be cautious. It works even better when used together with an ampoule. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 11, 2023
A thick, regenerating cream! I bought this after testing it at the pharmacy because Avène Cicalfate was too thick and oily for my face. This cream has a similar consistency to Cicalfate, but it doesn't leave an oily residue later, which suits my skin well. However, it might not work for everyone, so I'd recommend trying a sample at the pharmacy if possible before purchasing. I apply a thin layer before makeup and a thicker layer at night. While using it, I haven't experienced any blemishes, and I feel like my skin barrier is being strengthened. I plan to repurchase when I run out! Since it's made by a Korean company, I somehow trust it even more! There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to choose something, it's that the thick consistency requires some effort to spread evenly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 6, 2023
It's a bit thick, but it applies smoothly with a medicinal feel. It didn't quite agree with my skin, probably due to my skin's peculiarities.
