It absorbs well without any sticky feeling.
ConsWhen using the cap, it tends to spill over the sides. Just be mindful of this and you should be good to go.

They say high expectations can lead to big disappointments, but I wasn't disappointed at all! First, the texture and absorption: It has a water-like consistency. When you gently tap the toner bottle upside down, it dispenses just the right amount - not too much, not too little. I love how it absorbs into the skin when applied! I once used a thick, snot-like product that didn't absorb well, but I definitely prefer skincare that sinks in quickly. Hydration: While it's not extremely hydrating, I'd say it's about a 6 out of 10 in terms of moisture. You know how most people use toner, emulsion, and cream? Well, this toner doesn't leave your skin feeling dry. It's like the toner clings to your face. I tried using just the toner and waiting, and my skin didn't feel dry, so it does provide decent hydration. Scent: Apparently, it's eucalyptus! To me, it also has a hint of light musk. I love this kind of scent, so applying the toner after cleansing was a pleasant experience. Overall experience: I plan to continue using this toner even after the Hwahae Testers period. While it may vary for individuals, it provides the right amount of hydration for me without being sticky. The scent is lovely, and the clear, cute, simple bottle packaging is a plus! No blemishes appeared, and being a vegan product gives me extra confidence in using it. Call it a placebo effect, but I believe my skin will improve even more with positive thinking while using this product.
ConsThere's not really anything to complain about. Perhaps some might find it inconvenient to pour the toner into their hands to apply it. The only slight issue could be that it might run off the sides of your hand.
TipOh! I also use this toner with cotton pads on my cheeks for an extra boost of hydration, similar to how I use other popular toners.

After using it for about two weeks, here's my review: First, the texture is completely watery. This means it absorbs quickly, and the non-sticky feel is a plus. The scent is slightly cool and has a subtle fragrance like baby emulsion, which made it pleasant to apply. Second, it's labeled as a functional product for whitening and wrinkle improvement. While it's hard to tell after just two weeks, I did notice my skin looking slightly brighter. Also, it wasn't irritating and didn't cause any blemishes, which I really appreciated.
ConsNow, let me list the drawbacks. 1. The texture. It's too thin and runs quickly, so a spray type might be better. Hygienically, applying it with hands might lead to faster spoilage. 2. I wish it came in a larger size. At 260ml, honestly, women will probably use it up quickly. With frequent use, it'll be gone in no time... Wouldn't a larger size be better?
TipPro tip: I keep it in the refrigerator and apply it to dry areas using a cotton pad. At the end, I give my whole face a quick wipe. It leaves you feeling refreshed and cool!

When you open the cap and tilt it, it streams out smoothly. As someone with skin that struggles to absorb thicker formulas, I prefer this water-like texture, so I was pleased. What's even better is that despite its fluid nature, it doesn't immediately evaporate when applied to the skin. It feels like they've combined the best of both worlds - the hydrating power of a viscous toner with the lightness of a watery one! Hydration Despite its fluid texture, which made me wonder about its moisturizing capabilities, it's incredibly hydrating! I received this product during the changing seasons when my skin was prone to cracking and irritation, and I was thoroughly impressed by its moisturizing power. It's particularly great at providing intense hydration without leaving any residue, making it feel like it's simply laying a layer of pure moisture on the skin. Personally, I prefer using this as part of a multi-layer toner routine rather than as an exfoliating toner. Lately, I've been starting my skincare routine with three layers of this product. Gentleness As someone with extremely sensitive skin that can become irritated even after just cleansing, I was thrilled to find that using this as the first step in my routine caused absolutely no irritation. There's truly zero stinging, itching, or any other form of discomfort. Regarding the scent, it's not completely fragrance-free. There's a very faint hint of a herbal and baby lotion-like scent, barely noticeable, which I actually find quite pleasant. Effectiveness It's immediately apparent that this product is dedicated entirely to hydration, from start to finish. It absorbs perfectly into the skin without leaving any residue, yet it doesn't leave the skin feeling dry or tight after absorption. Instead, it leaves behind a soft, subtle glow along with deep hydration. I'm currently on day 5 of use, and it seems to be gradually rebuilding my severely damaged skin barrier. My skin feels healthier and more resilient! As an unexpected bonus, it's also clearing up my skin texture. I think this might be due to how well it balances oil and moisture levels.
ConsPackaging The product comes in a cute, chubby, semi-transparent plastic bottle that allows you to see the clear contents inside. While it looks adorable, the packaging isn't the most practical for a product with such a fluid consistency. Rather than a screw-top lid, a flip-cap would have been more convenient for use. I plan to transfer the product into a separate bottle with a flip-cap for easier application. One more thing to note: while the website claims to pursue zero waste and recyclability, the plastic used for the packaging isn't actually recyclable, which is disappointing.
TipThis is an exceptional product that provides gentle, intense hydration from the first step of your skincare routine, without causing any pilling when layering other products. In the morning, I use the Slow Therapy Toner, followed by Bring Green Bamboo Cream, and then Dr. Jart+ Every Sunday Mild Sun. In the evening, I layer Slow Therapy Toner, Bring Green Mugwort Serum, and finish with either Atobarrier 365 Cream or La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5. These products work well together without pilling, creating a soothing and hydrating routine that's great for skin irritated by mask-wearing.
