My skin type is oily. The scent is nearly fragrance-free. I really liked this toner because it calms the skin while providing hydration, and it leaves a non-sticky finish. The Jeju fresh leaf eucalyptus extract is said to help with moisturizing and soothing. In my case, since the toner has a watery consistency, I prefer applying it with a cotton pad rather than using my hands. I noticed that suddenly switching to a new product could potentially cause blemishes. Even if it's a gentle product, I'd recommend patch testing on your wrist or arm for a day or two before using it on your face. For those with dry or combination dehydrated skin lacking deep hydration, try using this toner as a mask by soaking a cotton pad generously and applying it to your skin. - dn*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedSep 3, 2022
The quantity is generous and it's perfect as a toner. It absorbs well without any sticky feeling. When using the cap, it tends to spill over the sides. Just be mindful of this and you should be good to go. - 60********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 5, 2022
I used this as a toner pack with cotton pads, and I was really impressed! Even though it's a water-based toner, it provides amazing hydration and has a lovely scent. I'm very satisfied! Since I use it as a pack with cotton pads, I found it a bit frustrating that the toner doesn't come out easily due to the container design. Given its excellent moisturizing properties, I highly recommend using it as a toner pack! - sk*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 20, 2021
This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. What I liked: First off, I really appreciate that the Slow Therapy toner is a vegan cosmetic product. It feels like it's been thoughtfully crafted. With its gentle ingredients and eucalyptus, it has a subtle, pleasant herbal scent that I quite enjoy. Another plus is that the toner contains ingredients that help with brightening and improving wrinkles. I'm impressed with the overall ingredient composition. It's a lightweight toner-essence that leaves your skin feeling clean and refreshed. Texture and application: As someone who prefers watery toners and dislikes stickiness, this product really suits me. If you're not a fan of watery toners, you might not enjoy it as much. Being a water-based formula, it works great as an exfoliating toner or when applied generously with a cotton pad as a pre-makeup mask. It has a good calming effect and absorbs quickly. Despite having sensitive skin, I didn't experience any tingling sensation. Hydration: Being a toner-essence hybrid, it provides good hydration. I layered it multiple times, and it left my skin feeling moisturized without any stickiness. However, as I have extremely dry skin, I still needed to follow up with an ampoule and cream. Other points: The packaging design is cute. Drawbacks: I didn't really find any significant drawbacks, but if I had to pick something, those who are sensitive to scents might not like the natural herbal fragrance. However, it's not a strong scent. - da*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedNov 20, 2021
The fragrance is absolutely delightful. As someone who loves aromatherapy scents, I'm particularly fond of the eucalyptus aroma. The packaging is adorably cute and really appeals to me. The bottle has a pleasant chubby shape, reminiscent of a perfume bottle, and feels great in hand. The hydration is quite impressive too. When I used it as a skin pack, it didn't dry out quickly and the moisture lasted for a long time. It gives me a sense of healing. I especially appreciate that the scent is subtle and natural-like. The texture isn't thick or mucus-like, but rather clear and light in feel. It's best used according to its intended purpose. To be honest, I don't have any major complaints. - ma********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedNov 15, 2021
The most significant advantage is how refreshingly it absorbs into the skin. It applies smoothly with a lightweight feel. There's hardly any scent, so I had absolutely no aversion to the fragrance! As I have dry skin, it felt a bit dehydrating for me. I think it would be better suited for summer use rather than winter, as it could have a soothing effect then! I used it like a mask by generously soaking a cotton pad and applying it to areas of my skin that needed calming. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 12, 2021
1. Love that it's vegan, and the packaging is adorable! 2. I'm not familiar with eucalyptus scent, but I can instantly tell 'Ah, so this is what eucalyptus smells like!' 3. Compared to other toners, the cooling effect lasts longer and has excellent soothing properties! The long-lasting cooling effect means it has great hydration power! Less tightness after using an exfoliating toner 4. Temporarily brightens the complexion I put my regular toner (Thx) on hold for two weeks and only used this product for skincare First week, I did the 7-skin method, worried it might be irritating. Second week, I used it as an exfoliating toner Used it as a mask twice a week (before makeup for better absorption, for cooling when I had redness) My impression when I look in the mirror: Even though the weather's dry lately, my skin feels so hydrated... hehe Changes my mom noticed: She said my red blemishes have calmed down and redness has decreased! It seems like just using this toner helps with dead skin cells, giving my skin a glow... Maybe because my skin has become thin and sensitive from laser treatments, I felt a slight tingling when first applying after cleansing (though I do have super sensitive skin) I used it as the first step in my skincare routine, applying with a cotton pad The hydration is so good that one cotton pad is enough, and it's amazing as a mask treatment occasionally! How I, with blemish-prone combination dehydrated skin, used it💌 Cleansing - This product as exfoliating toner - 7-skin method - Oil-free moisturizer. That's it! - my*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedNov 12, 2021
After applying, it feels clean and fresh. The subtle fragrance is pleasant, and it's easy to use without feeling heavy. There's no oily residue, and it has a completely water-based texture. I used it generously because my skin was dry. Unlike other products that sting when applied to dry areas, this one doesn't cause any discomfort. Plus, the bottle design is adorably round! It might be a bit thin for use on very dry days (though I personally liked this as I dislike sticky textures). Due to its runny consistency, be careful when dispensing - a large amount can come out quickly if you're not careful! - ye*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 11, 2021
The scent is not overpowering, but rather subtle and refreshing, which I really like. As someone who usually prefers fragrance-free products, I find this scent to be pleasant and not too strong. It was unclear where to find the meaning of 'vegan' in the context of this product. If you soak a cotton pad with this product and place it on your cheekbones, it feels like the hydration lasts longer and even gives the impression that wrinkles are diminishing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 11, 2021
Absorbs well: The texture is similar to water and applies smoothly. Scent: It has a pleasant fragrance - is it eucalyptus? Whatever it is, it's lovely. Ingredients: Being a vegan product, it's gentle and non-irritating. Quantity: I'm not sure of the exact volume, but after using it generously for two weeks, there's still about 4/5 left. Design: It has a cute appeal. Hydration: A few hours after application, the skin feels a bit tight. However, I think it's unreasonable to expect significant hydration from a toner alone. It might work well as a light mist in summer.
