As someone who prefers watery toners and dislikes stickiness, this product really suits me. If you're not a fan of watery toners, you might not enjoy it as much. Being a water-based formula, it works great as an exfoliating toner or when applied generously with a cotton pad as a pre-makeup mask. It has a good calming effect and absorbs quickly. Despite having sensitive skin, I didn't experience any tingling sensation.

Hydration:
